Spend a day in Florence & Tuscany - If you’re short on time but want a unique Tuscan experience intertwined with the longstanding impressive history of Florence, this is the trip to book. From Rome, this trip takes you through the rolling hills between Rome north towards Tuscany. Once in Florence, Antonio was an excellent guide, leading us through the crowds and imparting us with the history of this magnificent city - from statues to fortresses to the ponte vecchio - we saw it all. Afterwards we were taken to a picturesque winery in the Tuscan hills for a wine tasting paired with homemade balsamic vinaigrette and olive oil made straight from the plants lining the property. To finish, they took us to a medieval town still inhabited today for sunset views looking over the Tuscan hills.

Unforgettable Experience - Genuinely one of the best travel experiences of my life. Antonio was an excellent tour guide. Considering this was a one day trip, we saw SO many things and learned so much about the city of Florence and its history. The food and wine and sights in Tuscany was also unforgettable and I can’t believe I’m living a life that allows me the opportunities like the day I just had on this tour. Cannot recommend enough. 10/10.

Great - Antonio is a great guide and the tour was awesome! We walk through the city of Florence, following the main points and then jump on a van to have lunch and wine tasting on a beautiful farm. Later went visiting San Geminiano, a medieval town with great views of the valley. Transportation was included in a high speed train and between Florence and San Geminiano Andrea was our amazing driver.

You have to add on the Winery and San Gimignano! 😍 - We had the best day, the train trip was comfortable, the walking tour of Florence was easy paced, with free time during the tour for a bite. We found the history a bit dry and long, but what really made the day was the winery tour and trip to San Gimignano. The family who owns the winery was so lovely and generous, and the lunch we had with them was amazing! The free time in San Gimignano was magical, especially as it was at sunset. So well worth adding on to the day

Great trip to Florence and Tuscany - Highly recommend! Staff was very helpful with catching correct train. Jessica our guide in Florence was amazing. Loved her information on sites, so much history to see. We continued on to Vinyard in Tuscany and so glad we did.

Radio Issues Ruined the Tour - I went on 5 tours during my trip to Italy and all other 4 were 5 stars. Getting to the train and train ride to Florence were fine, but I may as well have just booked the train by myself. Once we arrived in Florence there were technical difficulties with the radios that made the guide impossible to hear. He did his best to try different radios, ear pieces and microphones, but nothing was working. Definitely not his fault! Between the walking and sounds of the city I heard maybe 5% of what he was saying. We went off on our own half way through the tour.
