Best decision on our summer holidays with children in Rome - It was the best decision for our family to plan two private tours with the German Roman and team during the holidays in Rome. We were super satisfied with the individual planning, the fast and competent planning and the guided tours totally tailored to our needs and flexible. Although I was a bit critical at first, we booked a golf cart tour for a hot July half day. This turned out to be perfect as we enjoyed some fresh wind and shade and were able to see different city quarters. Paul, who maneuvered us competently through Roman traffic, scored with many exciting stories and knew an anecdote or something he could still show us for each of our questions. Again and again we made small stops to look at something, take a short walk or eat an ice cream. In the second tour Annett led us through the Colosseum. She and her team were able to get tickets for the rare underground tour for us. During the tour - as we wished - Annett focused on the children and always involved them. Through Annett we learned a lot about the Colosseum and had a lot of fun. Both guides were super competent, dedicated, flexible and very nice even with our children. Thank you very much again! Birthday in Rome with golf cart and great guide - The private golf cart tour with Annett was the highlight of our cruise. Picking up at the port was easy and the drivers very nice. At our meeting point Annett surprised me with a cake because it was my birthday on the day of the trip. The tour of Rome was also an experience for our 89-year-old mother. The wheelchair could be taken in the golf cart. We have seen a lot and learned a lot from Annett. Also the reserved restaurant , where we could celebrate a bit, was excellent. The return transport to the ship worked flawlessly. Thanks for this great day. Even the heat we could almost forget with the pleasant wind.

Rome without Team German Roman - unthinkable! Anytime again, fantastic! - From the first contact to the farewell, the team inspired us. Phone calls, e-mails, tickets organized, a service as you wish it. A thousand thanks for that. The route with the golf cart was oriented according to our wishes. Paola and Giancarlo brought us competently, vividly, very warmly and proudly closer to their city. Both of you and the city fascinated us and we are guaranteed to deepen the successful overview on a next trip. Then with guided tours of the beautiful churches we discovered while driving, explored on our own in the afternoon. However, we lacked Paola and Giancarlo with their expertise. Knowledge is power! - In October 2021 we were in Rome for the first time and visited the Vatican Museum with Paula. It was clear to us that we would be back. Now the time had come: 5 days in Rome and 3 tours with the German Roman! We looked at St. Peter's Basilica and the Vatican Museum again and took a golf card tour through Rome. All three were great! The guides' knowledge and their friendliness is sensational. And you know what? We threw a coin into the Trevi Fountain, which means we'll be back.

Great tour in Rome with golf cart - Great tour with Paul through Rome. A wonderful start to our journey back in time to the ancient Romans! Magnificent views, wonderful squares and fountains and with Paul a very exciting and friendly guide! It was great fun and extremely exciting.

With the golf cart into the Mengen - With Paul we "experienced" the heart and many details of Rome and got a lot of information and stories. Simply a great tour, you get detailed advice and information on all questions and also great recommendations. Without him we would probably never have got to know the Basilica San Clemente. The only small downside was the Giro Italia, which caused some improvisation. Apparently this event was completely unexpected? Disappointing - Due to our tight time frame, we had booked the highlights of Rome and only visited a few interesting destinations. Our guide was extremely experienced in Rome, but he trained a new member of staff during our trip and gave the guests less information. There was also a half-hour drink break, which took up more of our time to explore the city.
