• Piazza Farnese - Hear about the lavish parties that were hosted in this square by the wealthy elite and learn the legend of its secret passageway.

• Via del Mascherone & Vicolo dei Venti - Several madonelles or “little madonnas’ decorate our route and we’ll learn about how they once worked to stop crime.

• Fontana del Mascherone - You’re not supposed to drink from the fountains in Rome but if you dare drink from this one, it will have deadly consequences.

• Chiesa di Santa Maria dell’Orazione e Morte - This 17th century church is made from human bones and reminds visitors that death is closer than we think.

• Via di Monserrato - This is one of the most haunted apartment blocks in the city and was once the site of one the worst prison in Rome’s history.

• Chiesa di Santa Maria in Monserrato degli Spagnoli - This Spanish church in the heart of Rome has a scandalous story worthy of a telenovela.

• Via Giulia - At this former beauty shop you’ll learn a story of when cosmetics can kill.

• Via dell’Arco dei Banchi - This quaint house was the childhood home of “Mastro Titta”, one of Rome’s most famous executioners.

• Castel Sant’Angelo - The bridge now surrounded by statues of angels was once used to expose the bodies of the executed as a warning to sinners. Here you’ll listen to the story of the Cenci family and how they met their fatal end.
