Don't Leave Rome without Doing This - I can't recommend this experience enough. Chef Christian was an absolute delight. It was me, my wife, and 2 daughters (15/11). He was patient and enthusiastic. Shared a tremendous amount of detail on Rome/Italy & pasta making. We made gnocchi and fettuccine from scratch. We had so much fun as a family. And learned so much from Christian at the same time. The even was held in a famous gluten free gelato/dessert location Criollo.Il Bistrot Del Gelato and the gelato for dessert was AMAZING. Chef Simona (the Gelato Queen) assists Chef Christian and makes the gelato herself.

Great experience! - I attended this gluten free workshop with my girlfriend who is a celiac. Christian is a very enthousiastic man who likes to inform you all about the roman kitchen and how to be creative in making different kinds of dishes. In this workshop we got a real hands on course how to prepare gluten free pasta and gnocchi so that we coulfd take this knowledge with us and make gluten free food on our own aswell. I would 100% recommend this course to anyone, because of the great enthousiasm of Christian, the useful information and the delicious food that we could eat at the end of the workshop! (And also very nice wine)

Wonderful experience! - We’re so glad we booked this gluten free pasta cooking class. Christian was a wonderful host and instructor. We had a great evening and learned a lot as well! Hopefully we’ll be able to recreate the dishes when we return home.

Amazing gluten free cooking class - My 19year old daughter and I had an amazing time cooking GF fettuccine and gnocchi with Christian today. Christian has excellent English skills and is a patient and entertaining teacher. We heard a bit about the history of some Roman dishes while learning his secrets of making tender, delicious pasta and enjoying an excellent glass of red wine. Once we made the two doughs, Christian gave us a choices regarding the sauce for each pasta. We chose an amazing sauce Christian developed in his restaurant for our gnocchi with butter, mint, and pecorino, with small red chili pieces sprinkled on top- it was fantastic!! Our second sauce choice that we paired w the fettuccine was an amatriciana with tomatoes, guanciale (cured pork cheek), pecorino romano cheese, black pepper - wow!! We had tomato and mushroom bruschetta to start and incredible gelato and tiramisu cream for dessert(special thanks to the wonderful Simona Papagno at Criollo gelato for our sweet treats!). We had a fantastic time and would definitely recommend highly to others!!

Must do for coeliac / GF pasta lovers - In October 2024, me and my family (6 adults in total) booked this experience with Christian which exceeded our expectations. Christian was a brilliant host and taught us how to make authentic GF pasta and gnocchi. We had been to Rome before multiple times and wanted to make pasta suitable for all dietary requirements and this experience fit the bill. We had a brilliant couple of hours and would highly recommend this to anyone visiting Rome

A must for any GF family visiting ROME! - Christian was a passionate, organized, knowledgeable and this experience was a highlight of our trip to Europe! The environment was casual enough that it felt like we were just hanging out at a friends house making pasta, Christian really did a wonderful job!! Also - The end result of the meal was easily the best pasta meal we had all trip, even if the fettuccini wasn’t perfect .. LOL that was totally our fault! We did this with our two 12 year olds and Christian made the experience enjoyable for them, and our whole family! I would highly recommend any GF families book this experience while visiting! The restaurant was super easy to get to and you won’t regret carving out 3 hours of your day to do it. Thanks Christian!

This was very informative and fun and amazing for my daughter to meet some other coeliacs and share gluten free experien - Lovely to find a gluten free pasta-making course for my coeliac daughter. It was very interesting and fun and what we made was delicious.

Great Cooking Class - The class was phenomenal and fun from the start. A little wine to kick us off, for creativity of course, and then we were right into cooking. Christian was extremely knowledgeable and patient and our whole group learned the ratios and steps and was able to provide the history of certain dishes and their importance to Roman culture. It was a fantastic class! We had some questions about the class before hand and some about recipes afterwards and Christian was a great help and very responsive over WhatsApp. I would highly recommend this cooking class!
