Gluten Free Class - Myself and my husband booked this course with Christian and it was absolutely fantastic. From the get go Christian was so friendly and we had such a laugh throughout the course. He is also so knowledgeable about Rome and pasta so we really enjoyed the little stories/advice. It was without a doubt the best pasta we’ve ever had - you wouldn’t even know it was gluten free! Fantastic course - highly recommend!! 😁

Tasty - Christian was a very enthusiastic smooth chef with a lot of knowledge, who set up this course with the right intentions. We got a lot of relevant information about how to make different pastes. We enjoyed the food and the course.

So much fun!!! - What a wonderful experience!!! My sister and I both are gluten free, and we learned so much. I was even able to make some when I got back home. Christian was a wonderful teacher, and he made it so much fun. I would definitely add this workshop to your itinerary if you head out to Rome.

An amazing gluten free workshop, great tasting food and wine, and a highly knowledgeable chef! - We had an amazing experience with chef Christian! Not only was he very knowledgeable about gluten free pasta making, but also history of the area as well! We highly recommend to any looking for a fun Senza glutine experience while in Rome!

Amazing gluten free pasta! - Christian was an amazing host!
We were taught how to make gluten free fettuccine and gnocchi from scratch in a traditional Italian restaurant.
My partner is a coeliac and Christian made us feel very safe about the food we were preparing!
Everything we prepared and ate was delicious and would highly recommend this course!

Awesome gluten free pasta class! - Thank you so much for the fun and informative gluten free pasta making class! We were so happy to have this experience for our GF family! Christian reached out to make specific arrangements a week before and stayed in contact when needed. He was flexible and accommodating. He took the time to make fettuccine and gnocchi with us and then we ate our amazing meal! We can’t wait to make our own pasta at home! I would highly recommend this class for any GF/celiac travelers!

GF pasta course - We had the GF pasta course with Cristian. The atmosphere was fun and relaxed, and we learned a fantastic Italian recipe for pasta. The GF gnocchi was the best we've ever had! Highly recommend this experience.
