Excellent guide and great tour - My husband and I are not normally guided tour fans because we like to go at our own pace, but this was just right. Rhian was an excellent guide and we enjoyed seeing so many things that were on our list but not within walking distance. The catacombs were very interesting and one of my favorite sites we visited in Rome. It was a nice bonus to be on the golf cart and get a bit of a breeze and have shade.

Highly Recommend This Tour!!! - Highly recommend the tour. Our tour guide Jason was incredible. Such a beautiful and educational tour. We covered so many landmarks in a short period of time, but never felt like we missed anything. We told 3 separate families how great this tour was just at dinner last night. You won't regret taking this tour.

Great tour and full of history, if you get a chance book it! - We booked this last minute as we wanted to see som Catacombs and also keen to see the Appian Way, what we got was a whole lot more, our guide (Jason)was super knowledgeable and friendly, was ready to answer any questions our group had, and knew his history exceptionally well. The amount of information we got in three hours was outstanding and you get to see so much more than the two advertised places, 100% recommended, oh and the group is nice and small which we love.

Golf cart tour - It was such a hot day and this spur of the moment tour was a great choice. The office is close to the centre and very convenient. Our guide Gaia was charming and intelligent. It was great to travel to these further out sights. The catacombs tour was a highlight as was the Appian way.

Excellent highlights of Rome with the perfect guide! - This tour provided great views of the highlights of Rome while our guide, Guyea, gave us historical context for what we were seeing. This was one of the few tours that also gave us entry to the catacombs, which were fascinating. The golf cart was clean and quite. Guyea related well with each member of our family from my four year old son to my seventy year old mother, she took pictures for us, and her English was excellent! I can't recommend this tour more highly!

Take this tour, you’ll thank me later. - Picture if you will a man, he leaves south Louisiana for Yale University, attains a PhD and winds up in Rome designing historical tours. I’m speaking of Jason our guide who was rattling off historical datum, names of emperors and historical dates with ease. His passion for the subject came through in his presentation of facts. The tour starts in Rome and goes to the original circus Maximus as well as the site of the assassination of Julius Caesar. Et tu Brute!? But then we leave the city walls and drive out to the Appian way and past the ruins of the baths. Other highlights are the church where St. Peter met Christ on his way to Rome after his resurrection. We then toured the catacombs beneath the San Sebastian church. We also stopped at a former home of a wealthy Roman who built his own smaller version of a Circus for chariot racing. Though smaller than Maximus it has more visible ruins so you could scale it up in your mind to what the real one looked like. Last stop was at a local park with a breathtaking view of all of Rome. He even gave restaurant recommendations as we arrived back at the tour office. The only minor criticism is that his microphone needs a wind screen to lessen the noise while he’s driving. Our family of 4 (kids 16&18) really enjoyed it as well.

Great tour in...and under Rome! - This was one the best guided tours we have been on. Seen good sites and locations, and Gaia (our guide) told the stories and facts that made it more interesting than seeing some pot shards in a museum. Gaia is also speaking fluent english and was a very good guide who put her spirit into the telling. The tour gives you a good insight in how perfect the roman craftmanship was when it comes to building in a large scale. A very unique experience and we surely recommend it. We got a good part of Roma home with us on the 2-5 hours tour.
