Vehicles will travel together (like connected train carriages) on tour and guests all listen to the same tour guide through the use of earpieces. In some occasions guests who book together may be asked to separate between the two vehicles.
- Please also note that it is very easy to get lost in Rome and it can be at times difficult to find a free taxi, especially if you are 5 or more people and need 2 taxis. As this is a group tour, we cannot delay the tour for late participants. Please give yourself plenty of time and arrive early to our office, the tour meeting point. If you know you will be late, please call us so we may find a suitable solution.

- Note on Infants: unfortunately, due to safety regulations, we are unable to accept infants under 2 years of age. Children from 2 to 12 years old are welcome and Biga tours can provide car seats or boosters for free. Please notify us of each child’s age so that we can provide the appropriate seat size.

Wonderful Appian Way and Catacombs Tour with Gaia - Our guide was very nice and extremely knowledgeable. I hight recommend this tour; it's a great deal and worth every penny.

Golf Cart to Catacombs and Appian way - Very informative and fun tour and our guide was so knowledgeable. A great way to see parts of Rome that you wouldn't ordinarily see walking around. The catacombs were really something to behold. Fantastic afternoon.

Rome in a different kind of chariot. - The guides knowledge of the subject, his enthusiasm in telling the story of Ancient Rome. The open air experience of seeing the sites. Just a very nice experience.

Awesome tour with an excellent company - Absolutely wonderful! Starts with a comfortable meeting point (office) with a clean restroom, plenty of seating and bottled water. The golf carts are top notch - comfortable seats, adequate power for the Rome streets - smooth ride! The tour guide very very knowledgeable and showed passion in describing locations and Italian history. The catacombs visit was awesome! Would recommend this tour!!!

Fun drive back in time - Our guide/driver Sabina was a joy to listen to. She had a story to tell about almost everything and did it with passion and joie de vivre! Seeing the truly ancient side of Rome was like a drive back in time. For us the only disappointing part was not getting closer to the Baths of Caracalla. The tour stopped outside and we looked through the gate from the road but we’d hoped to walk around them for 10 or 15 minutes, we didn’t realize it would only be from a distance. The drive along the Appian road was peaceful and very scenic. Walking through the catacombs di San Callisto and hearing about their history was fascinating. Overall the tour was a fun experience only a little sad we didn’t get closer to the Baths of Caracalla.

Fantastic Tour! - Highly recommend this tour!! Fantastic in all respects! Our tour guide was so excellent. She was knowledgeable and enjoyable through the tour. What we saw was of course, amazing. Really, do not miss this one!

Best way to travel in Rome - We did a few tours in Rome but learned more in 5 minutes on this tour than 3 hours in a few of the others.
Directions to the departing point were clear. The office was clean, had good facilities and friendly staff.
The tour itself was very informative and the smaller group made it so it could be adapted to us more. Couldn’t recommend this more.

Fun way to tour and area - This was a great way to get a look at the beginnings of the Appian way and the catacombs. Not a real in-depth look but the tour guide was great in narrating the area and highlights along the way.
