Great as always - Great staff, so friendly, welcoming and efficient, The food was excellent as always - when going to a Hard Rock Cafe you know what to expect and this delivered as expected! Great evening after a days sightseeing!

Classic Hard Rock - Excellent Customer Service. The whole Experience was Excellent plenty of Rock and Pop Icons things to look at and take photos Enjoyed the Ultimate Gold Menu Good Choices and bonus of T Shirt Each as well Very Enjoyable Experience Would Recommend If your in Rome Well Worth a Visit

Good food and atmosphere - Having never been to the Hard Rock Cafe, had to dine here with daughter and grandson whilst we were visiting Rome. Our waitress was lovely, so friendly. Daughter and I had the ribeye steak whilst grandson had the wraps. He also indulged in the cocktails and as he had the large ones, his mum and I had free Hard Rock Cafe glasses! The food was excellent and very tasty. Daughter and I shared the huge chocolate fudge cake with cream and ice cream. A good night and well worth the money.

Amazing food but poor service - Food was great. But they don’t have enough waiters. When we arrived after we were seated I asked the guy that took us to our table for a coke and he was not able to assist me he said I must wait for the waiter, which we did for almost 15-20min. So if it was not for the poor service it would have been great cause the hard rock’s interior was amazing. Some of the music was a bit too much rock, but still nice music to listen to.

Disappointing - 40 pupils on a school trip. Not good with food allergies. Poor customer service by a particular male waiter - in fact he was rude. Burgers were cooked rare without asking the pupils their preference. We paid too much for this to be as it was. We've been here on several school trips before Covid and it was so much better - never like this.

Sadly disappointed - The biggest waste of money I've spent on my whole trip, $190 ( ultimate gold menu) for a burger and fries, a glass of coke, and a piece of brownie that came out on a saucer not even a plate. The one saving grace was that the server was friendly. I think you need to put the menu list on your things to do list so people know what's on offer
