Nice 30-60 minute ride - Nice, leisurely ride along the river. I'm glad we made time to do it, but the boat could've had some more amenities for the riders.

Slow-moving boat on Rome's Tiber river - Seeing Castel Sant'Angelo from the water gives a more complete view than ground level. Also, the bridges along the way are lovely. It's nice, but it wouldn't be a great miss if you don't do it. The staff was very kind.

A horrible way to kill time - Remarkably bad experience. Really difficult to hop on and hop off when you are on the boat for a short period of time. The audio describes things not visible from the boat. Pathetic!

A peaceful way to pass some time but not to see Rome's attractions. - A pleasant enough boat ride up and down a section of the Tiber but did not live up to the blurb about seeing Rome attractions from the water. Staff were not interested and didn't offer the headphones for the recorded commentary until we asked for them.

Save your money - The river boat ride was unimpressive. A direct ride to the last stop was 15-20 minutes away. The return trip included one stop before returning to the starting point. The boat was 90% empty. The access to the boat was down a long staircase of roughly 50 steps. Litter /broken glass and minimal hand holds made this an unsafe decent. Back up the stairs likewise. Impossible for anyone with mobility issues. Save your money.

River cruise in Rome - So it was advertised as 10am - 6pm and they asked us to leave at 5 because they had a big group that came and the head set did not work and there was absolutely no communication with the stuff and the clients. Hop on river tickets - After reading the reviews we didn’t bother going even though we had tickets. Sounds awful Lesson learned Every review is bad

Not worth it - Nothing like I expected. I was never able to select starting point, contacted support and they never responded. When trying to take Campo di Fiori stop there where no signs, I found an abandoned pier, all I saw where homeless and a lady was looking for her stolen purse. There are less stops than advertised, looked like they offered earphones and was never given one. The view is for a canal with trash and graffiti, you can barely look at any sightseeing if you really look up Do not waste your money!

They ghosted us! No one was even at the boat! - Don’t buy this ticket!!! Total scam! We got to the boat mid day and it was not running, the gang plank was up in the air, everything was closed and there was no one around! I requested a refund and have not heard anything back. 😤😠😡🤬

Waste of time and money - Sorry but this is a waste of time and money. There are only four stops and at best you could use this a cheaper taxi option than to do as a sightseeing tour option.
