Amazing authentic pasta making class - Dani is excellent- very knowledgeable and the experience was amazing!!! I’ve done many cooking classes and this was my favorite one so far. Understanding how pasta works and feels like is something that will stay with me forever.

Good food, great lesson, & grand conversations! - What a wonderful experience! Dani was our instructor and he made the class easy to follow and stepped in when someone in the group needed a little assistance. This class has something to offer all levels of abilities. We worked together on the dessert and then crafted our own pasta portions. We were provided Prosecco, coffee, and other beverages along the way. The experience takes about 90 minutes and the time goes quickly. Our cooking group sat down to enjoy our meal and a long conversation about our travels and life in our respective countries. Dani nor his assistant rushed us to leave; we were free to stay as long as we’d like and enjoy the wine that was provided with our meal. I would highly recommend you try this experience while in Rome!

Wonderful cooking class in Rome - I edited this review to provide it 5 stars. We had a wonderful in class experience and our instructor, Danilo, was charming and very helpful My husband said this was one of the best experiences of our trip. We had a problem getting the recipes afterwards, (not sure why) but they made an effort to get them to me. I highly recommend the class

Cooking class at IQ Hotel - Such a great evening with Dani as our guide- he gave great instructions and was there to help with any adjustments required! It was all delicious and has inspirational us to try it at home!

Great experience while learning a new skill. - I did the cooking class last night and had a wonderful time. Our chef, Dani, was very friendly, knowledgeable, and gave great instructions and helped us make our pasta, ravioli, and tiramisu. Starting the evening by getting to know the other participants over a drink and then finishing with a shared dinner of our homemade delights. The sauces Dani made to compliment the pasta were delicious. Highly recommend the class as a fun way to learn or improve a new technique and share a meal with new friends.

Lovely experience! - Really enjoyed the pasta making class! Greatly appreciated them accommodating our request to have it without egg (as we don’t eat egg). Dani was really professional and gave some fun facts and info about pasta :)
