Great experience and awesome dinner - A really fun, informative and delicious experience. One of our better dinners in Rome. Chef Dani’s sauces on pasta he showed os how to make were amazing!

Wonderful experience - This was such a wonderful experience. You make Tiramisù ravioli and fettuccine. The host provided Prosecco wine and coffee and limoncello. It is very hands on and you eat what you make. The chef offered helpful hints to making pasta at home. In some cooking classes the chef takes over, in this class he makes sure you learn the techniques.

iQook - Dani did a great job. Even though my wife’s pasta wasn’t nearly as good as mine, he said it was, which is ok as I wouldn’t want her feelings hurt. Eating our creations was a lot of fun, and nothing like the Spaghetti O’s (Chef Boy-R-Dee) that I normally have. The tiramisu was good, but I made it, so what do you expect?

Can’t miss this! - Wonderful cooking class with great instruction. The pasta turned out great, and I loved that everyone had their individual tiramisu. Definitely a highlight of my trip!

Great Experience with Chef Dani! - Amazing experience! Good food, easier and less messy than I thought it would be. Our group of 4 thought it was some of the best food we had while in Italy. Chef Dani was very helpful, educational and made a great sauce to enhance our pasta:)

Fun cooking experience in Rome. - I had a great time at this class. I learned how to make pasta and Tiramisu. I can't believe how easy it was to make Tiramisu. It was probably the most delicious one I had in a while. Dani was a great instructor. He was very polite and he patiently waited if anybody was running behind. He kindly corrected our dough. We then had Fettuccine and Ravioli Pasta for dinner followed by Tiramisu made by us. It was delicious. Dinner came with wine and soft drinks. I really enjoyed the wine as well. The next day we received our recipes via email. I can't wait to try at home. I think I will remember this experience for a long time. It was very worth it.

What a wonderful experience -- and no one left hungry! - What a wonderful experience making pasta with Dani! He is an excellent teacher with the perfect mix of instruction and guided practice. We made the tiramisu first so it had time to set in the refrigerator, then it was on to the pasta. We did everything by hand -- no pasta machines in sight! First came the fettuccine, then the ravioli filled with a delicious cheese filling. After our pasta was ready, Dani cooked it up while we enjoyed a glass of wine. The fettuccine was prepared with a marinara sauce and the ravioli had the best lemon basil sauce. We topped of our meal with the tiramisu, espresso, and limoncello. Perfetto!!
