Delicious roman food - I enjoyed this experience so much!! It was my first time doing pasta and tiramisu. First we had delicious aperitivos with lots of Prosecco at La Nicchia Cafe. The tour guide explained everything we ate. Then we walked to il Segreto restaurant where we made the tiramisu and the two types of pasta. They gave us more Prosecco and two different wines. I had a great time. I highly recommend this experience.

Great crew, food, and wine! - What a great afternoon! Lise was great, very warm, welcoming, knowledgeable, and funny. Really enjoyed the initial hour of tasting and information about Italian food culture. The class at the restaurant Il Segreto was equally fun and instructive. The staff was amazing, patient, specific, thorough, and hilarious. They created an excellent atmosphere that felt like a dinner party with friends. The group chemistry was great, and the food came out really well. The wine definitely flowed, and we ate ourselves silly on our own tagliatelle, ravioli, and tiramisu. I've done a lot of cooking courses on the road, and this definitely ranks among the top 5! Highly recommend!

Lots of wine, even more laughs! - Quite educational wine tasting/pairing. We had a small group, met some new people, and enjoyed a wonderful afternoon/early evening. Both locations, the initial meeting cafe and eventual restaurant were perfect for the occasion. Everyone was friendly and fun. It totally made the experience amazing! Lots of wine, even more laughs!

Fun evening of pasta & tiramisu - My ten year old daughter and I took in this experience. First of all they were very good about rescheduling on short notice when my daughter got sick the day before. Our instructor was Miriam and she runs a tight ship but is very skilled and helpful. She will tell you how to do it and then when you screw it up she will fix it for you. We had a fun group and the mingling was fun. The work of making pasta is demanding but you learn a lot. The food was very tasty and fun to make. Wine was good, restaurant staff very friendly. Interior decor is lively but warm and inviting. If you are at all curious about food & cooking, worth it for sure. Great for groups/team building as well. Location was convenient.
