Family fun - Experiencing the Gelato making with the family was fun. the flavours were delicious. A stand out was the ginger flavour for me. Kids enjoyed the mango. Hubby loved the fig.

There’s no such thing as too much gelato - Fantastic and fun experience!! Carlos was a sweetheart, answered all our questions and taught us many things about gelato, the difference between gelato and ice cream and how to make it at home. Thank you for a very memorable time. We were able to try almost all of their flavors and his gelatos are all artisanal very different than commercial. Shout out to his mom, a darling lady.

The professional and nice learning experience of making Gelato - Carlos introduced me to the world of Gelato in a reasonable, simple, nice, and professional way. The workshop not only consisted of technical details of making the ice cream process or even important issues related to health & safety but also many nuances that I would never have considered. Moreover, I had an occasion not only to make a Gelato but also to taste all of the flavors possible at the moment. This unforgettable experience will help me make my own Gelato not only for me but also for my friends. I highly recommend visiting the workshop as it helps in better understanding what's behind the scenes of the Gelato making process :)

So yummy! - Glad we had this city in the beginning of our trip, learned so much about how to pick the “right” gelato! Ended up getting a private experience. We loved being at a family owned shop and getting to taste all the gelatos! Yum yum. Great experience.

Super fun father-daughter adventure! - My daughter and I took this class as a father-daughter adventure and absolutely loved it! Carlos was amazing, very knowledgeable and extremely friendly. We made pistachio gelato which turned out great. Carlos let us try any other flavors we wanted, they were all delicious. A very memorable experience and by far the best gelato we have ever had! Don’t hesitate to book it, you won’t regret.

Perfect activity for children in Rome :) - In was an amazing experience my daughter would like to do again! To make an ice-cream with different flavor next time.:) Carlos was helpful, interested, patient and pleasant teacher. We'll definitely come back visiting Rome next time! My 100% recommendation those who come to Rome with children!

My daughter wanted to... - My daughter wanted to learn how to make gelato and what the differences are between gelato and ice cream. This was a great opportunity to learn and ask questions. Carlos was awesome and answered all her questions.

Bad Customer Service!!! Be aware! - It was extremely memorable in a BAD way! -Booked through Viator and was very much looking forward to taking my daughter for this class. -Got to the place at 4:30pm as stated in the email, couldn’t find the shop, ran around looking for the place - nothing! -I tried reaching out to the tour guide, he never picked up the phone it was 16:36pm!!! I have proof. -worried that this is a wrong address, i called Viator and finally got to the live rep (takes time! No direct connection!!!) the address was confirmed! -The rep reached out to the place, and then stated: “9 min later the class had started and the tour guide refused to come out and guide us in because of other customers.” -then I asked the Viator operator, she couldn’t helped us locate the shop, I have been telling her all the spots that I saw around us, but I don’t think she had a clue. I was ready to be late, my daughter was really sad, but zero help from anyone! - I asked to file for a refund. -The story is long, but to put it in short terms -we are marked as ‘at fault’ of not finding this place. No refund issued.
