Very interesting tour in beautiful neighborhood - Camila was amazing - super knowledgable and nice, and passionate about the history of the Jewish community in Rome. Besides recounting the very interesting history, this tour takes you to a beautiful part of the city.

Another side of Rome’s history - The tour was filled with interesting stories and information that brought the Jewish Ghetto to life. The guide was knowledgeable and provided lots of insights. This was a part of Rome’s history I was unaware of. I highly recommend this our to learn about a different side of Rome.

Our Jewish ghetto tour was perfect - This was a great way to learn some more about the history and how the Jewish ghetto became, and existed. Our tour guide was great. Showing us all around the area, with knowledge and being patient for the not so start walking (our children and elderly) family. We didn’t feel rushed, was informed, and get to see so much by foot in a short amount of time. I would recommend this tour again as it was perfect balance of seeing and learning. Thank you!

Good history of Jews in Rome… - Our guide was very knowledgeable about the history of Jews in Rome. The Jewish Ghetto is/was not very big. But he explained it all well. Then he took us across the bridge into Trastevere, announced we were there and wished us well. Oh, and he said the tour basically was a free tour but the price we paid was to compensate Viator for the “arrangements “. He apparently was working for tips.

This tour was half about... - This tour was half about Rome generally and the rest about the ghetto. It could have been more engaging and the guide spent a lot of time on tipping.

Worst tour guide ever! - The worst free tour I ever took! I took many free tour before, even in Rome, and I was always enjoyed the tour very much. NOT this one! Our guide was terrible! He was late to the meeting point, and was talking like he read from Wikipedia. Very boring. It was also hard to understand him when he talked. More than that, he seemed like he was mostly interested in finishing the tour and skipped a lot of important stuff about the Jewish gheto and history of the jews (which was the subject of the tour) It was very disappointing for us (and for all the people who shared the tour with us)

Awful company DO NOT USE - I booked tour. Arrived 15 before as stated. Waited at correct meeting point. No tour guide turned up!! I tried to contact company, no response. Waited full 30 mins after meeting time . No tour guide . Asked for a refund, several times. Luckily I had taken a photo of the church, even sent timestamp photo and they had my message advising no tour guide . NO REFUND given , wasted my evening, NOT my FAULT, still NO REFUND, no reason for refusing refund, just a brief email saying no refund but sorry . This company is AWFUL no customer service . I feel CONNED . Disgusting. Bad service. AVOID AVOID AVOID
