Discover the secrets of perfect dough, from mixing flour and eggs to cutting the pasta. The chef will show you how to make different cuts like Tagliolini, Pappardelle, Fettuccine, and Maltagliati. You’ll cut your own Fettuccine and Maltagliati, and learn which traditional sauces, like Carbonara, Cacio e Pepe, and Tomato and Basil, pair best with each shape.

Afterward, enjoy a bruschetta with tomatoes and basil, followed by your homemade pasta with two different sauces of your choice and a glass of wine. Finish your meal with a glass of Limoncello or coffee.
