• Piazza di Sant’Apollinare, 41 - In this delightful experience, participants will craft fresh pasta from scratch under the expert guidance of our Italian chef, who will conduct the class in English. They will create pumpkin-stuffed ravioli and fresh fettuccine.
  Guests will be greeted with a glass of prosecco and indulge in a special New Year’s dinner, complemented by Italian red wine (one bottle for every two guests) and concluded with a refreshing limoncello.
  The meal begins with appetizers such as oysters, crispy scallops, marinated mackerel, and purple prawn with mango and lime. Main courses feature handmade pumpkin ravioli with aged Parmigiano Reggiano, black truffle, and handmade fettuccine with tomato and basil sauce. Following this, a slow-cooked duck roll with chestnuts and topinambur, served with saffron and purple potato purées and black kale. Dessert is a white chocolate yuzu bavarian with almond crumble and pomegranate sauce.
  The evening includes a midnight toast with Italian sparkling wine, accompanied by classic panettone and, in keeping with tradition, lentils and cotechino. Throughout the dinner, guests will be entertained with live music.
