Pantheon - Great service. Got right in. Beautiful history and wonderful experience. Weather was great and enjoyed the beauty.

Easy and convenient entry. - I was happy to skip the line with so many people waiting to buy tickets under the sun. I sat under an umbrella with a cold drink and had dinner before my entry time . The Pantheon is beautiful .

Great Staff - We went to the pantheon as a family, it was a really nice visit. but we wanted to write this review as a compliment to the staff that helped us in delivering our tickets and making sure everything went smoothly as it was our first time in rome. great staff, thank you for making our trip easier especially Amadeo. greetings from the Kidwell family!

easy entry - the access was super convenient. Skipping the lines saved so much time. Seamless entry and well worth it. would Highly recommend.

great visit - the tickets were delivered on our phone and we got in fairly quickly. there was an about 10 minutes wait at the entrance while the employees scanned the QR codes but the entry was very smooth. the pantheon was amazing!! so much history and many things to see inside

Amazing purchase!! - We received our tickets by email so there was no need for us to meet or go anywhere. We went straight inside quickly. Highly recommended!!

Waste of money - The skip the line was totally unnecessary at 9 am on Tuesday. We could have gotten the tickets quickly without this service.

Unusable and overpriced "service" - The time was not correct on the ticket and we still had to buy a ticket on site. However, the tickets are 5 times more expensive than buying them directly on the spot, where you don't queue for long with cash. Unfortunately, we have not received a refund to date

Usury online sale - worth seeing Pantheon - Careful, this is untrustworthy usury. I had ordered a ticket for 17-18h and received one for 14-15h which we could not use at 17h. We had to buy a new ticket on the spot. However, this costs only 5 euros on site and children are free. It is best to queue on the spot at the Pantheon without reservation on the far left for admission with cash payment. That was only two minutes in July. The online retailer was not cooperative and we are still waiting for the refund.

Disappointing! - We spent extra money for skip the line and we had to wait 55 min in 90 degree fullsun when we should have been able to skip everyone. Our guide told us to even file a complaint to get our money back because of the huge inconvenience. So disappointing!
