Very Convenient - Very convenient method of purchasing the Pantheon ticket. My recommendation is to purchase the earliest ticket in the day so, Pantheon will be less crowded.

Get your fast track tickets - We went in October and there were hour long lines to get tickets. Glad we got our fast track entry tickets!

Fast Entry to an Iconic Wonder! - The skip-the-line tickets were perfect! We avoided the long queues and entered the Pantheon in no time. Once inside, the beauty of the Pantheon took our breath away—the stunning dome, the intricate details, and the sheer grandeur of the architecture are incredible to witness. It’s an awe-inspiring place that you have to see in person, and these tickets made it so easy to experience without any wait. Highly recommend for anyone visiting Rome!

Frustrated - Unable to access tickets through WhatsUp app. It was only through the kindness of security that let my wife and I in after i showed her that I had purchased 2 tickets even though the sheet stated these were not tickets. Despite several contacts with Viator. I had used Viator on several other tours on my trip and had no issues when the tickets came directly from them to my email. I even downloaded the Viator app and it stated I had no bookings even though I still had not visited Pnatheon.

AVOID! - AVOID! We purchase the Pantheon skip the line tickets the day before. A voucher said we would receive tickets in What’s App - none came. We showed the voucher to Pantheon reps at the door, and they looked at me like I had two heads. I ended up standing in line and paying again. Instead of enjoying the experience, I spent my time on Viator support requesting a refund, which was eventually declined. The tickets I bought at the Pantheon cost 60% less! I am still fuming.

Totally misrepresenting of tour - Absolutely terrible, was sold as skip the line, and there is no such thing. Was told by security that companies advertise this, but it’s not true! We were even sent a picture where to line up!
Skip the line for this tour means, not lining up to buy a ticket!
