Great experience - Able to video the Pope on his Mobil car riding around the St Peter square to bless all the people who attended the mass.

Great experience. Guide was very good and showed us to the best seats available at that time. - We got up close to where pope Francis passed through the crowd so got good view. Would definitely recommend taking an early tour as seats are first come first served basis. Lovely tour guide

Once in a lifetime - Lucinda was very fun, knowledgeable and professional. She explained the history of St. Peter's square and the Swiss guard and explained what the audience would entail. She got us seated up front so we could see Pope Francis up close as he circled around the square. It was a once in a lifetime experience.

Wonderful - Thanks to Laura, our tour guide, we got really close to the Pope! It was wonderful and the highlight of our trip! I can’t imagine doing that on our own!

Visiting the Vatican it... - Visiting the Vatican it was extraordinary to see the Pope up close, it was great, But Know This, The Audiences Are FREE This Company Shouldn’t Charge For the Audience because it’s FREE.

Sandra is amazing! She is... - Sandra is amazing! She is incredibly knowledgeable, fun and got us into wonderful seats. She also went out of her way to make sure that our young son could see Pope Francis in celebration of his first communion. I was watching other guides in the audience and it became increasingly obvious that we lucked out finding her. Highly recommend this experience!

Close view of the pope! - It’s an early start. We met with our guide, we then walked for about 10 minutes or so to the Vatican. There are big queues but they do move quickly through security. The guide told us where to sit to get a good view of the pope, he then leaves. Overall it was well organised and we at least knew what to do as per his instructions, which was invaluable.

To long of a wait - Not worth the money you can do the same thing on your own for free and get in line earlier so you don’t have to wait hours and get closer to the pope!

Tour was not as... - Tour was not as advertised. No tickets or seats given and no reserved seating early. No one from the four company went in to get the best seats available for us. It is first come first serve. We wasted half an hour waiting for the tour guide to start and for all the other guests to arrive. By the time we got to the security line, it was half way around the Vatican. Waited in line like everyone else and when we got in, we sat at the back where there were available seats left. Total waste of money and time. Tickets to see the Papal audience are free so save yourself time and go yourself, you’ll end up closer and less annoyed at being fooled by false advertising. Everyone else in the tour group also thought they had reserved tickets and were very unhappy to find out otherwise. Horrible.
