Papal Audience tour with Paolo -- absolutely with it! - I had an amazing experience on my Papal Audience tour with Paolo. As we walked to St. Peter’s Square, he gave us fascinating historical highlights that really enriched the experience, and he continued sharing great insights even during the long wait (about 2–2.5 hours) before the Pope arrived. Paolo was incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and organized. He positioned our group perfectly—we were so close that we could have touched the Pope as he passed by. His expertise truly made the difference in getting the best possible view. I would absolutely recommend this tour if you want to see the Pope up close and learn more about the history of the Vatican. Paolo made the entire morning smooth, enjoyable, and unforgettable!

Bucket List event - My wife and I were more than thrilled to experience this bucket list event. It was a long morning with having to arrive before sunrise to make it into St. Peter's Square along with the thousands of others lucky enough to attend. Our guide did a wonderful job entertaining us with history, architecture, knowledge of the Vatican and Rome past and present. Walking into the Square took a while to acclimate to the size and grandeur of it all. Then there was the sheer size of the crowd. Our seats were within two rows of the lane that the Pope traverses to be seen by the crowd. The excitement that arose when viewing the Pope in person is indescribable and should be experience at least once in your lifetime. Thank you for the livelong experience.

Entry secured, the rest is a lie. I would recommend it but with another company. - We had the Pope very close and it was a lovely experience but very poor service. You don’t leave the places as it says in the ad that are "prime spot", you watch at 6:40am in a nearby square, you get your tickets (it’s the ONLY plus because getting them is a mess) from there you walk at full speed to where the event is and you have to run for your life to get the best possible place, that is, you enter the general line of everyone and from that moment you are alone. The guide explained nothing more than a couple of details of the number of churches in Rome and ready, all this in the entry line, already in no explanation or information. An hour before the hearing started he asked us for the radios and said goodbye. He didn’t explain anything about the courtroom where we were (although he was asked twice and told us that at one point he would, it never happened), nor did he tell us that the hearing lasts about an hour (we arrived at 7:30 am or so and started at 10 pm, ended just after 11 am). The Pope greets a lot of people who line up (special passes, I suppose) and then goes out through the central corridor but many people did not know and tired of waiting for two hours decided to go. We held on and were able to greet him by hand but the guide ZERO information about it. Many people who had places on the shore lost them because they didn't know. He had to explain how it worked and the waiting time to know what to expect. We left there 12:30 or so. Yeah, because you've got the ticket secured, the rest of them aren't true. What bothered me the most is that I brought some smuggled "official rosaries of those who do not sell" for 25 euros each. You are in front of the Pope and you are buying contraband??? He brought them hidden in his bag and said, literally "if the Swiss guard sees me with this, it arrests me." He spent more than an hour selling his Rosaries to the group and when asked for the explanation, for the third time, he said "I already explained in line" and took the radios and left. Several companies had their guides talk and talk and talk, they brought pictures, they brought the papal shield and they were explaining it, super complete... ours? selling Rosaries to the group.
