So much fun!! - What an amazing experience! From kneading the dough to savoring the final pasta dish, every moment was filled with joy and learning. The wine tasting perfectly complemented the flavors, and the small group size ensured personalized attention. Fine experience.

Fun and informative cooking session - Fun, informative, and delicious! This pasta workshop was the highlight of my trip. The chef’s expertise and the setting in Trastevere made it a memorable time. I left with a certificate and a newfound appreciation for handmade pasta.

A really different experience . . . - We attended Ambra's Pasta-Making class and really enjoyed it, starting with a trip to a large local indoor market where she bought ingredients, then to her large apartment where a table was laid to make pasta, after appetizers and drinks. Ambra is a patient, good-humored host and was committed to helping us learn the craft. It worked. We are going to buy a pasta machine upon our return home! The difference with this event is that we got to see inside a local's home in a social setting - and gained a local skill into the bargain. A pretty unique event!

Tour not as advertised - highly recommend against this, do to false advertising that does not represent the experience. To start the address does not represent location of meeting and no tour guide will be waiting, you might expect to find other lost group mates in the area having the same issues. None of the companies when called could guide us to the destination either. We found the place after walking around for 25 minutes (making us late for the tour) by luck which was behind a locked gate and in the basement of a building through the gate. When we arrived there was a glass of wine waiting for us which we assumed was the first of our advertised wine tasting but that was the only glass of wine offered and if you wanted extra it was by the bottle for 35 euros. Also this was not a cooking class as advertised. Chef prepared the pasta in front of us with participation from the group (one person at a time) after we requested. There was no recipe or directions provided. The chef was lovely and the meal was delicious but this was not the experience we paid for or presented by the advertisement which was the unanimous agreement of the group. Ultimately this was advertised as a learning experience with wine tasting and neither of those two things were provided. The appropriate thing would be for Viator to revise there ad to an accurate description of the event and reimburse us and any other related parties for the cost of this tour. I have used Viator all over the world and have never had a tour like this I hope they will make it right so I can continue to use them for future travels.
