AMAZING Rome experience - My husband and I had the greatest time with Ilaria and her husband in their beautiful home. It was an experience that we will never forget. Not only did Ilaria teach us how to make different pastas and tiramisu that were SO delicious but they truly welcomed us into their home, making us feel like family. We also met their children who were so helpful and friendly. This was more than a cooking class, it was as if we were at our families house for Sunday dinner; lots of laughs and stories. We would absolutely recommend this class to anyone visiting Rome.

5+ stars - loved this! - We absolutely loved this experience! Ilaria is a wonderful chef and teacher, and she is so incredibly welcoming, warm and kind! My kids absolutely loved her and found it easy to follow her instructions in how to make delicious pasta and sauces. Ilaria also made extra snacks to enjoy and shared delicious wine. The class is in her beautiful home and the kids loved playing in her pretty garden. It’s a fantastic experience for kids and adults, and we couldn’t recommend it more. We’d definitely go back for round two masterclass!

An Exceptional Experience - This was a highlight of my trip to Rome. The recipes shared with us were fantastic and so easy. And fresh ingredients do make a world of difference. Ilaria made us feel right at home, meeting her husband, children, and mother. Even getting her grandmother on the phone with us. So much delicious food, a wonderful family, and exceptional experience.

The Most Authentic Experience in Rome! - Ilaria is the real deal! A third generation Italian chef, she opens her home to you for a very friendly and personal opportunity to learn her craft. The daughter and granddaughter of restaurant owners, she is now a private caterer that is a patient and careful teacher. We thoroughly enjoyed our time with her and her family. This was the best time of my 10 days in Italy!

Unique culinary adventure - Unique cooking experience with Chef Ilaria, who welcomed us into her bright spacious home kitchen with sprawling garden tucked away in the heart of Trastevere. We made an appetizer of tempura with fresh veggies (eggplant, zucchini, carrots) and enjoyed that with flavorful bruschetta and a cheese plate with 3 different Italian jams (fig, pumpkin, onion). We enjoyed these with wine as we worked on making a tiramisu from scratch as well as 2 different pastas - a cacio e pepe fettuccine and a ravioli stuffed with ricotta and spinach in a fresh tomato sauce. Everything was delicious and her teaching style was enlightening and patient. I did the class with my son, who is a complete novice, and he even thought the experience was fantastic. I loved that her family came in to chat with us, eat a bit, and help out. Her husband even took photos for us. It was a wonderful night… And I hope to do it again the next time I visit Rome. Highly recommended for all!
