A gastronomic experience where you will learn all the secrets to prepare fantastic handmade fettuccine and gnocchi with the guidance of our chef Christian.
We have various packages capable of satisfying all our customers, including the GLUTEN FREE course!
The course lasts 2 hours and includes:
fettuccine and gnocchi workshop with the guidance of our Chef who will explain how to best use the pasta making machine. At the end of the master class, both dishes prepared by the group will be served.
Lunch or dinner includes two bruschettas, the two pasta first courses made entirely by the group,
a glass of wine, water, bread and a homemade dessert of your choice.

Chef Christian and the girls from Delaware! - We had a blast with Chef Christian. He was so personable and I learned how to make my favorite gnocchi!! He made it so easy!! Food was exceptional and we acquired great skills from Chef Christian! He’s amazing and the class is tailored to your needs and what you want to get out of it. You are missing out if you don’t try this! It’s a must do in Rome!!

The magic of handmade things - Beautiful experience... remember the feeling of kneading as when we were children, the scents of cooking but learning techniques and secrets from experienced chefs. And we had so much fun 😊

Finally an extraordinary course on pasta for tourists - I involved my friends from Canada in Rama in this egg pasta course. Christian treated us really well, with professionalism. In addition to showing us the secrets of Italian pasta he also taught us how to make excellent dumplings as a gift. The flavors of the dishes were divine and we spent 3 great hours in the company of Christian and his stories.

Great experience! - Interesting and very valid experience.
The chef was very kind, in addition to the undoubted expertise put us at ease and also explained the small important things, those that - when you are at home - put you in trouble.
Great quality raw material and friendly and informal environment and in the end, hooray!, we could taste everything we had prepared. Absolutely to be redone!

Great family fun! - Christian provided our family of 6 with a lot of fun, energy and laughs. Dinner was delicious! We are excited to take what we learned back home to our kitchens. Thank you Christian!
