The love for cooking and tradition pushed us into this fantastic adventure, our pasta courses.
A gastronomic experience where you will learn all the secrets to prepare fantastic handmade fettuccine and gnocchi with the guidance of our chef Christian.
We have various packages capable of satisfying all our customers, including the GLUTEN FREE course!
The course lasts 2 hours and includes:
fettuccine and gnocchi workshop with the guidance of our Chef who will explain how to best use the pasta making machine. At the end of the master class, both dishes prepared by the group will be served.
Lunch or dinner includes two bruschettas, the two pasta first courses made entirely by the group,
a glass of wine, water, bread and a homemade dessert of your choice.

Real pasta-making instruction - Not only does Christian teach the traditional techniques of pasta making, but he also shares the stories and history behind each dish. The atmosphere in his class is warm and inviting, making it feel like you are cooking with a friend in their own kitchen. The ingredients used are fresh and locally sourced, adding to the authenticity of the experience. I have never tasted pasta that is as delicious as the ones I made in Christian's class. It truly is a must-do for anyone looking to immerse themselves in Italian culture and cuisine.

Cooking class experience!! - This was such an amazing experience!! I went with a group of friends and he easily handled all 9 of us very well! He was so funny and kind. It was away from the busy tourist areas so it felt very relaxing and authentic.

Authentic pasta-making class - Christian is an excellent teacher and an even better cook. His class makes me want to cook my own pasta at home! Locals appear to frequently attend the restaurant which makes the experience and food authentic. I would recommend this class to anyone who wants to step away from the tourism, and experience true Italian cuisine.

Fun way to spend an afternoon! - What a wonderful way to spend a Sunday afternoon! We made delicious Gluten Free pasta with the owner of this quaint neighborhood Italian restaurant. Just a short walk from our hotel, the BV Oily. It was very hands on and we got to pick the sauce we wanted. We picked the Wild Boar Meat sauce that is the restaurant specialty. It was so good. Portions were generous. We also had bruschetta, a lemon sorbet dessert, and of course wine. Our pasta making partners were a lovely couple so lunchtime conversation was enjoyable as well. I highly recommend this tour.

Highly recommend - Fantastic experience. Hubby and I have taken this course as a couple before and can’t recommend it enough, it’s worthwhile. This time we went as an intergenerational family group and everyone had an amazing time. Christian is a wonderful host and instructor he is so friendly, patient, and knowledgeable. We did a hands on lesson in pasta and gnocchi making, we learned so much and throughly enjoyed it. Afterwards we sat down to our delicious flavorful meal and local wines. Definitely will book again when we are in Rome.

Molto Bene - Christin was our owner/instructor of a very cute restaurant on the south side of Rome. Located near the train stop it was fairly easy to get there. Although there was a minor confusion on the booking time we had a spectacular time learning how to manage a decent fettuccini and gnocchi dish. There was plenty of wine, laughs and overall a very good way to spend a day doing something new.

Mangia - We had a 5 star experience. Chrisitan is a great host. We had a lot of fun making our pasta. He walked us through all the steps. It was very hands on with a lot of laughs. Then we had a great meal enjoying our own pasta along with a few extras that Christian generously offered. I highly recommend this outing for any group of any age. Grazie to Christian and his entire staff!
