We offer a variety of packages to meet the needs of all our guests, including a GLUTEN FREE course!
The course spans 2 hours and features:
A fettuccine and gnocchi workshop led by our Chef, who will demonstrate the optimal use of the pasta-making machine. At the conclusion of the master class, the group will enjoy the dishes they have prepared.
Lunch or dinner includes two bruschettas, the two pasta dishes crafted entirely by the group, a glass of wine, water, bread, and a homemade dessert of your choice.

Fabulous Pasta Class with Cristian - If you are looking for the perfect cooking class to take with family or friends, this is the one to go to. Cristian is a gem and will make you feel at home from the start. He taught my daughter and I plus a new friend. Joanna, how to make Fettucini, gnocchi and tagliatelle. He was kind, patient and had a great sense of humor. He made us feel so comfortable and we truly enjoyed our class. The food was outstanding and we even were able to take some to go. Run, don’t walk.

Amazing pasta making experience - My daughter and I had the best time during our private cooking class. It was small with one other lovely woman. We learned how to make gnocchi, fettuccini and tagliatelle together. Christian, our instructor, was helpful, patient and funny. I would highly recommend this experience.

Birthday with COOKING CLASS - I celebrated my birthday with this wonderful experience organized by chef Cristian and his “Roma Gourmet Experience”, and it was really an unforgettable day!
I attended with my girlfriend and all the guests (there were 17 of us), and Cristian took care of every detail with great professionalism and passion. We started by making delicious courgette flowers as an appetizer and then turned to two different types of homemade pasta.
Cristian and his assistants were always present, guiding us step by step: they made us literally put “hands in the dough”, teaching us techniques and secrets, but above all making us have a lot of fun.
It was an immersive, authentic and perfectly organized experience, ideal for sharing special moments with people you love.
I highly recommend this experience to anyone who wants to experience something different from usual.
Thanks Cristian and assistants, thanks Roma Gourmet Experience.

Do it again! - Great experience, really fun. Christian welcomed us with great professionalism, irony and a lot of patience. He explained all the steps and made available all the cooking tools. The result was really good. We ate very well!

Loved it! - Christian was absolutely amazing! We had a wonderful experience cooking gnocchi and other pastas with him (along with a couple bottles of delicious red and white wine). Everything we cooked was delicious and we’re so glad to have found this hidden gem! Would recommend to anyone looking for a unique and memorable cooking experience.

A great intimate cooking course - Christian was a great host and we really enjoyed our cooking course. We learnt to make three types of pasta. We were also treated to Bruchetta and wine. Christian talked us through each step and chatted to us about our trip and local history. It was great to work in such a small group (just us and him) and we really got involved in the whole process. Christian made accommodations for my dietary requirements and gave us tips to make things at home. It was nice to have him document our trip with photos and videos and these be sent to us after, so we could concentrate on the making rather than doing this. He also sent us his recipe book and we have since been able to make some pasta at home for our friends!

A little taste of Rome with Christian - This was a fantastic experience. Our chef Christian gave us the full Italian experience in making pasta and his cooking talents accentuated the 3 paste dishes we eat.

Private cooking class - We had the most incredible private cooking class in Rome! Christian was not only an amazing chef, but also such a warm and patient teacher. He guided us step by step through traditional Italian recipes, teaching us little tips and tricks that you’d never find in a cookbook. The ingredients were fresh, the atmosphere was relaxed, and by the end we felt like we were cooking with a friend rather than an instructor.
The best part? Sitting down to enjoy the meal we created together—it was absolutely delicious! This was a highlight of our trip to Rome, and I would highly recommend this experience to anyone who wants to truly connect with Italian culture through food.

The class was... - The class was entertaining and enjoyable. The resulting pasta was excellent and Christian made great sauce for the different types of pasta. The instructions were relatively easy to follow though the experience over all was a little unorganized.
The location had changed from when I originally booked it and was no longer in the “heart of Rome” rather a 30 minute uber drive out of the city.
