Learn how to make homemade fresh pasta easily and successfully. If you have flour and eggs you can make pasta and we will teach the secrets. We will teach you to make pasta in different shapes in a place in the centre of Rome. We will cook all the pasta we have prepared with 2 different sauces, we will then taste all together the pasta. We will offer you organic Tuscan wine produced with natural methods and bottled in our cellar “Dalle Nostre Mani”. Every participant will receive English instructions for making pasta at home, easily and successfully at the end of the experience.

Pastamania cooking school is located at Palazzo Grazioli, a historic building that is very easy to reach because it is located on Via della Gatta 14, one of the central and famous streets of Rome, just a few meters from Piazza Venezia.

Incredible cooking class - value for money - We had an incredible time learning to make 3 different pastas.
The chefs/hosts were knowledgeable and extremely helpful.
The servings at the end were very large portions not to mention the never ending supply of wine.
We would highly recommend this to anyone in Rome - value for money x10

Make original Italian pasta! - A warm welcome by two super enthusiastic ladies. We made three types of pasta, with flour and eggs. In the meantime we received an explanation, accompanied by a delicious glass of wine. We also had fun with the other participants. The pasta meal was finished on the spot, while we could watch. Afterwards we had dinner together in a relaxed atmosphere. Highly recommended to do in the afternoon!

Great class - Great class, very informative! Learned how to make threw different types of pasta. Lots of fun. Had Agnas as an instructor. She was great. Thank you!

A must do in Roma ! - We had an amazing time and so much fun learning making and cooking pasta ! The chef and the cooking team where super nice and talented. We could discover how to make pasta in traditional way while tasting some nice wine ! The fact that we can eat after all our own pasta with amazing sauce and very good stuffing in the ravioli is a very good moment ! Finishing up the class with a smooth limencello was perfect ! I definitely recommend their class !

Pastamania fun! - Alessio was fantastic! Hands-on learning experience that was fun and informative. My family said it was one of the highlights of our Florence trip. We also were given a recipe sheet with everything we made so we could recreate it at home.
