Our pizza classes in Rome are unique for three reasons: 1. We’ve been doing this for years, and our team is composed of skilled chefs and instructors. 2. Our pizza classes are held in Antica Trattoria Agonale, which is located in a unique setting at the entrance to Piazza Navona. 3. We don’t just teach you how to make an Italian pizza. We welcome you with complimentary prosecco, which is a gift from the restaurant. After the class, you are seated at the osteria, and you’re being served by the waiters with water, a glass of wineeer oda too. You’ll get appetizers (bruschetta), and a limoncello or a coffee after you finish your pizza. We offer our guests a unique experience, where you can get a hands-on experience in pizza-making, but also the Italian restaurant experience, to enjoy the pizza you made. All this takes place in one of the most beautiful, mesmerizing areas of the Eternal City. We can’t wait to see you at our class!

We have a wooden oven at Trattoria Agonale, which means that your pizza will be delicious!

We meet all guests inside Antica Trattoria Agonale which is on the corner of Corsia Agonale and Corso del Rinascimento.
Please arrive 10 minutes before the cooking class starts. If someone is late, we can't wait for them, and rebooking comes with a fee.

Pizza making class - We had a wonderful time learning to make pizza and eating it! Unfortunately, we were the only two people in the class. We were expecting a class of 15 people and were disappointed that others had not signed up. We still had a great time, but we were hoping for a more social atmosphere.

Take this class - Sara did an excellent job. Made sure everyone was able to keep up and assisted as needed. Enjoyable class and would recommend with her as the instructor.

Wonderful time - Sara was a great instructor showing us from ground zero how to make the pizza dough through forming the dough for cooking then adding the sauce, cheese and other items to personalize our pizza. Then we enjoyed our creations with a drink, bruschetta and a lemonchello. Made friends with a local mom and her daughters who o were in our group.

Super recommended - We took the course to learn how to make pizza with Sara. She was very good at following us, the course is done very well. They made us prepare the dough for pizza and then they made us roll out and season a ready-made dough. Finally we ate the pizza made with the dough we seasoned. Super recommended experience!

Great experience with the family! - A great experience for the whole family. A great welcome with a nice glass of Prosecco offered. The experience continues with making the pizza dough, explanation of all the ingredients followed by baking the pizza’s in the oven. The host spoke English very well and made the experience a great thing to do…
