A long day but the sights and quality of the tour were great - Pompeii was very fun and our tour guide was extremely knowledgeable. Without a guide you would not understand what you are looking at. The Almafi coast was one of the most beautiful sights I have seen. If you can do this trip it is well worth it.

Great time in Pompeii and Positano - Angela was a great escort that was very informative and nice, Lucia at Pompeii was also very nice and informative both of them were very knowledgeable on their history and the sites history. I would recommend this to anyone who isn’t staying in Italy for an extended amount of time, I stayed in Pisa for 2 weeks and was relatively far from Naples so being able to do all of this in one day was very exciting and helpful. Thank Y’all for such a wonderful experience

Amazing Day Trip - What an amazing tour planned out! Laura was excellent and very knowledgeable. Luca drove the entire day and the ride was smooth and safe. We really enjoyed our day trip and we cannot thank City Wonders for organizing the shuttles. Despite the short time at Positano, we had enough time to take photos and grab a quick bite. Pompeii was absolutely amazing!

A look into history - The petrified people ! They show the horror of that terrible day when the volcano erupted. The remains of the Pompei city which give information about the life in past centuries were also interesting.

Easy - The experience was a good one. We only had to wait 5 min to get on the bus. The recorded narration was clear and understandable

Ok, not great - The tour was ok, not great. Value for money is not worth it. Too rushed, doesn't leave you time to enjoy anything

Misleading and definitely not worth the price - Unfortunately, the advertised itinerary didn't match reality. We've had 45 minutes to roam in Posatino, over an hour in Pompeii, we've had a surprise visit at a limoncello factory for 20 minutes, two 20 minutes stops at a highway rest area. Rest of the 14 hours were spent in the bus driving. Advertised Amalfi coast is also very misleading. You don't stop to take any photos, just curve left and right. And if you're on the wrong side of the bus, you don't see anything. Our driver Andrea Angelini was very experienced and professional. Our guide Antonino was a very j8ce guy but not such a good guide. He could have spoken to us much more during the hours and hours of travel. But his English was pretty bad for an international tour guide. I would assume anyone speaks about their profession more than couple of times can learn to pronounciate things correctly and have a better grammar. $200 per person price tag was ABSOLUTELY too much. Especially when it was a large tour bus with over 50 people.

Disappointed! - We were on the bus on May 15 which left late and got caught in traffic leaving Rome, which is no one’s fault, but the tour company should have procedures in place to deal with these foreseeable type of issues, given the restrictions on bus driver’s hours of work. Two people on our bus didn’t show up when we left Pompeii and we spent too much time looking for them and ended driving to Positano without being allowed to get off the bus, which was very disappointing given time in Positano was a major reason I booked this trip to begin with. The explanation that the bus driver’s hours are restricted is confusing, given we spent time eating lunch off the bus, we spent time looking for the missing couple and we spent time at a lemon factory in Sorrento, all of which could have been spent in Positano if the tour company had booked a place to park the bus. The 2 stars are for the host and the driver who were very friendly, but it was a long and ultimately disappointing day.

Pompei is worth seeing but maybe go by train and don't waste your time - We saw pompei, felt very rushed. Whole tour late as soon as we were leaving Rome. They made no plans for the situation and the driver can only do 15 hours a day. No second driver. No tour of positano or alternative stop. Driver and guide were friendly, but it felt like a bad school trip. Waste of a lot of the day stuck on a bus with no plan.
