Great Day - This was a great way to see a glimpse of Sorento and Pompeii. We were glad we booked this, both really enjoyed the tour. Our guide Martha was lovely and made sure everyone was looked after and comfortable throughout the trip, she provided great commentary and laughs throughout the day with some insightful tips about Italy. A great day out, we were tired at the end, but we'll worth the time.

Great day! - Loved lunch with beautiful view in Sorrento.
Pompeii is just fascinating.
Enrica could not have been more gracious or knowledgeable .Just delightful.
Julio the driver navigated every twist and turn like a true pro. Sport cars are my business and his driving was beyond impressive.

For a Quick Day Trip, Great. - Sonia was an amazing, friendly, informative guide! Antonio was an excellent driver. For a quick day trip from Rome to Pompeii it’s good. Please understand you will not have more than 1.5 hrs in Sorrento, Pompeii was a lot of walking, 2.5ish hrs. Over 13 hours total with driving…long day. Francesco was our guide in Pompeii and he made it really fun, very very informative.

Wonderful Pompei and Sorrento! - Very long day but extremely well organised and the tour guides were extremely knowledgeable. Only negative was the Limoncello factory visit. It would have been nicer if it was done at an Italian farm or somewhere a bit more Italian like.

Do not book - We turned up for our trip on time and waited with the group . None of the guides asked us to sign in so we asked one of the tour guides if we were in the right place showing our ticket, tour guide responded “yes your in this group stay here “ . From that point we all got onto the coach ready to leave. We were then told that we hadn’t checked in and had to get off the coach with the coach leaving without us (even though we had our ticket and shown to the tour guide previously). Two other people took our place on the coach ( not sure how as this would mean they over booked ) . We have been disrespected , mistreated and the tour guides were not helpful one bit ! I would not recommend booking this as you lose your money , and they don’t care one bit .

Disappointing - Enjoyed Pompeii. The rest of the trip was a big disappointment. The itinerary stated we would drive along the almalfi coast. Didn’t do this. Then it said we would have 3 hours in Sorrento. We were lucky if we got a full 2 hours. The almalfi coast was important to our group and it didn’t happen. It was an expensive trip and it didn’t deliver. Check is was very unorganized. Stood in 2 different lines till we found out which one we needed to be in.
