Absolutely a must do. - A must do on your list. The view is remarkable and worth it alone for just that. We arrived late (Rome traffic is not to be underestimated), but a rep from the company was still waiting and guided us to where we needed to go. Our guide, Silvia, was amazing. She was nice, knowledgeable, and had a sense of humor. The history of the castle is really fascinating.

Fabulous view of Rome, beware 270 stairs up to top n - Our tour guide Alescia was wonderful. Very personable, warm and accommodating to our slow walking. She had a wealth of information and presented in a professional but fun way. The downside was description of your indicated some stairs, there were 270! Some without any handrails and nothing but earthen walks to help maneuver. All in all fabulous view of Rome from the terrace, worth the stair climbing if you can do it.

Great tour, great guide - Great tour, Bogdan our tour guide was super knowledgeable and knew all the tricks and shortcuts in the Colosseum. His explanations were great and he handled the group perfectly. The only downside, not his fault, was the poor quality of the audio equipment provided

Lots of info! - Lots of history and facts! Our guide gave a lot of information about the history of the building but also the history of Rome and Otaly for context. The views were beautiful and she did a good job pointing out the major monuments to give us a sense of how the city is laid out.

Bad tour guide - The site was outstanding and we really enjoyed the historical Aspect and beautiful views of the city. However, we were terribly disappointed that the tour guide spent a great majority of the time bashing the catholic christian church. We understand that everyone has a personal opinion about politics and religion but we were on vacation and were on the tour to learn about Roman history and to see the castle . His constant complaints become tiring as we were trying to enjoy viewing the architecture and art on display. Unfortunately, Our tour guide had pornography on his phone that he reported was linked to the Catholic Church on display for everyone to view and at that point being offended, we walked away and concluded the tour on our own. We recommend this tour but not this tour guide.

Interesting tour but the guide was quite focused on putting down Christianity which was offensive. - The guide continuously kept stating he did not believe in God and was putting God down as well as people who believe in God down. I understand people have a right to their opinions and if he would have said it once fine, but he said it constantly throughout the whole tour. For a tour that is centered around religion he should have been more mindful of his audience. Then at the end of the tour the guide say in a disingenuous manner I apologize if I was offensive and then laughed. It was offensive.
