Excellent guided tour away from the big crowds of Rome. - My husband, 8 year old daughter and myself had an excellent experience in this tour. Though we spent 6 hours going around on the bike ride, we didn’t feel exhausted because of the assist of the electric bikes. It was a beautiful ride through historical places and parks. This was the highlight of our trip to Rome. Highly recommended!

Best way to see Rome! - Fantastic experience. Our guide Simon was great. This tour is a cool way to learn about Rome's rich history. The E Bikes were fun to ride and made the many kilometers that we covered easy work. We traveled through city streets and Rome's countryside with ease. You do not need to be an experienced rider or need to be in the best shape to complete this tour. It was very hot during our tour but Simon made sure there were frequent breaks for water and he used the stops to educate us. The tour provides one bottle of water but I would bring an insulated water bottle to keep your water cold if you have one. We had a great time. We are very happy we did signed up for this tour. We will look for other e bike tours to explore other places while in Italy.

Great ride off the beaten path - We took the Rome E-bike tour: Appian way, Catacombs, & Roman Aqueducts. Our guide was Dario, a Roman native and competitive racing cyclist. Dario was a terrific guide, taking a very slow and leisurely pace, providing clear and timely hand signals for turns, stopping, etc. and speaking excellent English. We never felt rushed, but at the same time things moved in a timely way. We had frequent stops where Dario explained the monuments we were looking at, along with a history of the area. There were also many opportunities for water top-ups from the nasoni, and a stop for lunch at a local pizzeria. The tour really takes you off the beaten path into areas only accessible by foot or mountain bike. You won’t get this experience from a bus or car. Do not take the tour in heat of August unless you are in good physical shape. One of our group suffered heat exhaustion and bailed out at lunch. That said, riding an e-bike is like having a massive tailwind, or a giant invisible hand pushing you along. The steepest hills were nothing. Great tour, recommend.

Super fun. Well done tour. - The ladies were awesome. Very conscious of finding shade and water. E-bike was fun and easy to use. Sometimes the trails were tougher and narrow, but manageable. Put a guide at the end to make sure we stayed together.

Biking through history - This was one tour I was really looking forward to on our vacation. Arina was amazing and wonderful guide. She didn’t leave anyone behind and always let us know where we were going and if we were stopping for a bit. The scenery was fantastic - catacombs, Roman aqueducts and the Appia Way (oldest road in Rome). Six hours went by really fast.
