Amazing Tour - We love this tour. The guide was great and she gave us the best experience. We had a great spot to see the Pope. It was amazing to experience this in person.

Great opportunity to see Pope Francisco - The guide walked us thru the area, explained interesting fact about the Vatican and suggested best seating areas to be close to the Pope. They have tickets to enter. Suggestion don’t bring umbrella, water containers or big crosses bought outside the Vatican security checkpoint will not allow them inside. Buy them once you pass the guards.

Highly recommend - I booked this last minute for my elderly mum and I & we loved it.
I understand that the audience with the We would recommend it to anyone who doesn't want to think about working things out themselves, who want to learn some interesting facts about the Vatican & wants to get the best spot to see the Pope. Tour started early which meant we were the first in line through security and our guide Serena was awesome in fighting off others who wanted to push in ahead of us. Whilst waiting for gates to open, there were so many people who had no idea where to go or where to get a ticket so booking this tour just made sense.
Serena was fantastic with so much historical information about the Vatican and she told us the best spot to sit in to get a clear view of the Pope as he drove past in the Popemobile.

Worth the money! - Very worth the money! Great guide, got us great seats! The guide was very knowledgeable and ensured we got great seats close to the pope, if you want to see the pope this is definitely worth it!

Great experience ! - We're very happy because our guide explain everything about the visit to piaza st. Peter and the papa's audience they help me about was the better place to see very close to us I remember for erer that great moment our experience were very emotional definitely recommended this service theye are very professional and all moment helped to us.

Visiting the Pope - This is an excellent solution for attending the Pope's audience on Wednesday morning. For a fairly low price I took my Spanish relatives to see the Pope in San Pietro without the problem of having to find entrance tickets. There was also a guide who gave some explanations and the possibility of buying religious items.

Good! - The hearing takes place on Wednesdays. It starts around 09:00 local time. We ordered the tickets in advance via email (search on the Vatican website, it's quick and easy), but when we got there, we thought it would be better to stay behind the chairs that are placed for those with tickets, as we would have more mobility, as the chairs are in the sun and in the distance we are overlooking the obelisk in Saint Peter's Square.

Still waiting on a response. . - Our Viator Papal audience tour will was cancelled because the Pope decided to be in Papau, New Guinea during that time. We were told that we would be refuded the cost but we received an email that had our papal audience tickets available, what's up with that???

Rip off - This was a joke! These folks are scalpers plain and simple. They go online and book tickets, which they will tell you up front that they get them for free. Then charge you 27 a per person to walk a block to the gates. That's it, that's all they do. Roberto looked like he just left a bar. He tells you that that is business over and over. When did scalping become a legitimate business. These companies do this every week leaving folks from all over the world having to go through these cheats. Other than that it was a fantastic day with the Pope!
