Feast Through Rome: A Delicious Journey with History and local food gems! - The Roman Food Tour was unlike most others. At our first stop, La Nicchia, we were greeted by Stefania, our cheerful and charming guide. Raised in the USA, her English was flawless, making her both engaging and easy to understand. Stefania walked us through how the food and wine were made, along with the rich history behind each dish. While there was some Roman history sprinkled in, it was all food-related, making the tour feel truly unique. One highlight was visiting Bonci, the most expensive pizza place in town (and well worth it), where pizza is sold by the kilo, not by the slice. We also enjoyed some fantastic pasta, and finished with gelato. Fun fact: Stefania passed two other gelato spots before stopping at the final place, insisting it was the best—she wasn’t wrong. There were other delicious stops along the way, but we won’t spoil all the surprises. What you really need to know is this: you’ll leave stuffed with generous portions of incredible food, far beyond the tapas-sized servings of other tours. Every bite was a delight, and we absolutely recommend this experience!

Really great experience with Georgia - My wife and I went on this food tour and absolutely loved it. Our guide Georgia was fantastic, knowledgeable, funny and super sweet. The experience involved multiple stops for various different types of food, and the food was great! A lot of amazing explanation around the food, how it’s made, and the quality of the ingredients. It was a bit outside central Rome which wasn’t a problem, it made it more interesting - we were able to get off the tourist beaten path a bit. I’d highly recommend booking it and come hungry!

Once in a lifetime experience - Wow! What an incredible time. Michael, our tour guide was excellent, as was the food and wine we experienced. This tour was fun, informative and delicious!! We took the tour our last night in Rome, and it was the best way to end our trip. We learned about local foods and drink of the region, met other tourists from around the world, and ate the most delicious food and drink- I didn't know I like prosciutto, until now 😀 So very glad we had this experience!
