A must do in ROME!!! - We highly recommend this golf cart tour. Our tour guide was beyond amazing and knowledgeable about this beautiful city. We were caught in a rain storm and he pivoted and brought us to the most amazing churches to seek refuge from the deluge. He was kind and amazing. We absolutely loved this experience.

Mario Cart - Mario was great in describing the history behind all the sites we saw. Thanks Mario Cart! Great way to see a lot on a short time frame.

Great intro to Rome! - Husband backed out last minute (jet lagged, asleep) so it was a solo tour for me, but Enriqua (spelling?) was excellent & informative. It rained unexpectedly mid-tour, grateful for the cart cover. We covered a lot of ground. Excellent intro, we’ll be back next week for specific Viator tours.

Enjoy history the easy way - This was probably the single best tour we have taken. Eugenio a history teacher couldn’t possibly have been any better of a guide. Huge overview of Rome in three hours. Eugenio is also a gentleman.

Great - We so appreciate our guide, Vitorio, he was knowledgeable, fun, and helpful in providing so many great tips and information about our tour. We appreciated his detailed information about the areas we visited.

Very nice! - Excellent tour. Our guide Sal gave us a complete tour. We got up close to all the venues and Sal answered all our questions and added a great amount of historic information. The cart can park very close to all the venues which allows less time walking and more time at the locations.

What a great tour!! - We loved our tour. What a relaxing way to see such an amazing city. I loved the history and the local commentary from our guide. The only negative was that all the seating didn’t face forward. I definitely recommend this tour!!

Great way to see all the sites, but make sure the times follow what’s in the description! - We got to see a lot of wonderful sites. Our rating was based on many things. First we got a call the day before to change the time due to heavy rain in the forecast. We were aware of that so agreed to the time change. As it happened, it didn’t rain as forecasted that morning. As we were waiting for our taxi, got another call from the driver/company, saying the tour would start ½ hr later due to the cart needing to be charged. (Important yes, but that should have already been done) So now 4 ½ hrs after our original start time we waited at the pick up spot, got a call from the driver that he was stuck in traffic and would be there soon. After waiting another 15 mins i started to text the company (feeling at this point that the whole thing was a scam) when the driver showed up. We were assured that we wouldn’t lose any of our time, that it’d all be made up on the tour. We were off to a good start. Our first stop at the piazza was waaayyy too long. We spent at least 45 mins there. The fountain was under construction so we looked at it through the plastic windows. Very informative and very interesting but just too much time. We said we were worried about seeing everything on the tour and were assured that there’d be plenty of time. Our guide was very knowledgeable about ‘all things Rome’ having been born and raised here, very entertaining and we really enjoyed him. He took pics of us at all the sites Our biggest disappointment came at the end…we’re off finally to see ‘The crown jewel of Rome’, the Colosseum! We’d been waiting a lifetime for this. We were really excited! We drove down the street with the colosseum to our left then turn down the street (the side that the colosseum was on) and continued to drive right by it. I said, wait! No picture?? (In the description of the tour it DID NOT say it would be a drive by, but instead said, ‘30 mins’! He said oh you want a picture. We kinda thought he was kidding…Yes we do! So he pulled over near a construction area that had a fence up. I said, we didn’t want a picture with the fence in it. So he took 4-6 quick pics, all with at least a portion of the fence. So in less than 5 mins we were out and back in the cart…huh?! He dropped us off near our hotel and we were done. It’d been a long day and we were just kinda processing and we realized…whaaaa??? Just happened? Our whole day was gone, with the time change and the delay and the late pick up, and the thing we were most excited to see, and asked about a few times during the tour…Now to the Colosseum?? No, not yet. That’s coming. Saving the best for last…the Colosseum was almost just a drive by! Sooo disappointed! We’re hoping to have time tdy to see it as well as seeing it this evening. We leave Rome tmw We’d thought about going on the nighttime excursion to see ‘Rome at night’ but are leary about paying that kind of money again. But, honestly, with all that being said, it really is an awesome way to go! We’re older. We have a hard time walking as much as we used to and have balance issues, so the golf cart was the perfect alternative to having to walk around to see everything. Don’t let my review deter you from going…just maybe be a little more ‘in charge’ of your trip and if something is going on too long, just say so. We were anxious to move on but were reassured we’d see it all! And we did! Except the thing we were wanting to see the most :-(

Disappointing no show. - It would be difficult to rate or write a review, since our golf cart tour was cancelled just as we arrived in the Piazza in Rome where we were to meet. Very disappointing. Our group of 4 used an Uber instead and had an amazing experience. All we were told in the text we received was that the golf cart had some sort of mechanical issue.
