Rome's perfect itinerary - Eat Italian food at Julie's Ristorante and talk to the guests at the table next to us. Speaking of Rome attractions, they suggested that I book an appointment with alba travel agency, which can be made privately, go wherever I want, and it's not expensive. They guide staff, who speak several languages and Chinese, can book an appointment to pick us up at the hotel. The cordial feeling of the explainer is very good, and the itinerary is very reasonable, full and not too tired, so we can fully experience the local ethos. Next time I come to Rome, I also look for giulia, a guide from alba travel agency.

HIghly recommend! - Our guide was great! Took us to all the main attractions we wanted to see as well as some non-touristy sites. We only had one full day in Rome and I cannot imagine being able to see all we did in a short amount of time without this wonderful tour. I highly recommend this golf cart tour. You won't regret it!!

Amazing Tour!! - If you're looking for a unique way to explore Rome, I highly recommend taking a golf cart tour. I have been living in Rome for 3 years and I never had to chance to visit some of the most famous monuments so when my American friends came to Rome, I organized different tours around the city. Hands down, this was the best one! Unlike the walking tours, the golf cart allowed us to cover more ground in less time, so we could visit places like the Gianicolo hill, the Pantheon, Spanish steps and the Trevi Fountain in just a few hours without feeling rushed. Giulia was our guide, she pointing out both iconic landmarks like the Colosseum and hidden gems that we would have easily missed. The golf cart itself was a great way to navigate Rome’s narrow streets and avoid the usual crowds, allowing us to get up close to the sites without the hassle of walking long distances in the heat. Giulia made the experience feel personal, tailoring the tour to our interests and ensuring that we had plenty of time to stop for photos. She also had a great sense of humor! For anyone visiting Rome, especially if you're with family or friends, this is the ideal way to see the city’s highlights while enjoying the ride. Highly recommended!

Exploring Rome: A Perfect 3-Hour Adventure Through History - Yesterday’s 3-hour golf cart tour of Rome was absolutely terrific! For someone like me, who is mobility challenged, this was the perfect way to explore the city without overexerting myself—and it was well worth every dollar spent. Our guide and driver, Julia, was fantastic from the start. As we looked out of the window and saw the rain coming down, I worried about how the tour would go. But Julia, prepared as ever, had already dropped the rain guards on the cart, keeping us dry and comfortable. By the time we reached our first stop, a bridge near the Colosseum, the skies had cleared. Julia rolled up the rain guards, and we got the perfect breeze—and an even better view of the Colosseum for that iconic photo. From there, we headed to Circus Maximus, where Julia pointed out the old Roman noble houses that still sit above the ancient chariot-racing grounds. It was surreal to imagine the roaring crowds that once gathered there. Next, we stopped to take in the Arch of Janus—an ancient monument that left me in awe at its sheer age and grandeur. As we turned to look in the other direction, we caught distant views of the Temple of Portunus and the Temple of Hercules Victor, standing as testaments to Rome’s rich history. But the real magic came when Julia took us to a hidden lookout point over the Roman Forum. The view was nothing short of breathtaking. We had the perfect vantage point to see the ruins stretching out beneath us—ancient temples, arches, and basilicas. This was the true highlight of the tour. Standing there, gazing out over what was once the heart of the Roman Empire, was a moment I’ll never forget. From there, we cruised past the Capitoline Museums, designed by Michelangelo himself, and then did a quick drive-by of the Vittoriano, a beautiful palace dedicated to King Vittorio Emanuele II—although, sadly, we couldn’t stop due to construction. At Largo di Torre Argentina, Julia brought us to the very site where Julius Caesar was assassinated by Brutus and his co-conspirators. Standing on that spot and knowing its historical significance gave me chills. We then made our way to Santa Maria Sopra Minerva, a stunning Gothic church that houses Michelangelo’s statue of the Risen Christ. After admiring the beauty there, we stopped at the Pantheon, where the ancient dome still holds the record as the largest unreinforced concrete dome in the world! Sant’ Ignazio of Loyola Church was up next, where the optical illusion ceiling played tricks on our eyes—making it look like the church had a grand dome where there wasn’t one. It’s an amazing piece of art and architecture. After a breezy drive through Rome’s bustling shopping strip, we reached the iconic Trevi Fountain, where we tossed in our coins for luck and a promise to return to Rome. Then, of course, we made our way to the Spanish Steps for more photos and to take in the lively atmosphere. As the tour neared its end, Julia drove us through some charming residential areas of Rome, offering us a glimpse of local life. We finished the day with a peaceful drive through the beautiful Parco dei Daini, soaking in the green and calm surroundings. And the cherry on top? Julia took us to her favourite gelato shop. After a day of exploring Rome’s history and wonders, enjoying a scoop of the best gelato I’ve ever had was the perfect finish. If you’re visiting Rome, this golf cart tour is an absolute must. Julia’s expert driving, charm, and knowledge made the experience unforgettable. Highly recommended!
