Rome in a Day is a perfect tour if you want to maximize your time visiting Colosseum & the Vatican Museums in a day. You’ll meet your guide at our office at the Colosseum & start your journey through ancient Rome. You’ll visit in 3 hours the Colosseum, walks into the aristocratic Palatine hill where once emperors built their palaces, you’ll reach the Roman Forum, once the center of the religious & political ancient Rome. Your guide will share stories on the roman emperors & gladiators . After a lunch break you will come to our Vatican for the Vatican Museums and Sistine Chapel tour. Your adventure continue to the 1500s where you will learn about Michelangelo and Raphael who boths works for the Pope Julius II. You will visit the Vatican highlights and see the marble groups of the Laocoon, the Apollo and Neros’ bathtub, head to the Sistine Chapel to admire Michelangelo’s frescoes of the Last Judgement and the Creation of the World.
- A dress code is required to enter places of worship and selected museums. No shorts or sleeveless tops allowed. Knees and shoulders MUST be covered for both men and women. You may risk refused entry if you fail to comply with these dress requirements
- Please Note: to access the Colosseum you need to add in your reservation the exact name and last name of all participants in your group and children need to be specified. In case of mistake in writing your name and last name in your reservation, if the Colosseum tickets controllers deny the access due to the wrong name and last name we decline any responsibility and NO REFUND will be provided.

- Please note that you will be asked a full refundable 10 euros deposit at the meeting point in order to ensure all the radios are given back to the guide or our staff. Once you return the radios you will be refunded your 10 euros. If you don’t give back the radios you will be charged 30 euros for each of them.

- -The entrance fee to the archaeological sites is 17 Euros for adults (23 Euros for the arena option), accompanied by a booking fee of 2 Euros. The additional amount covers services provided by experienced licensed guides, audio devices, booking fees and other tourist services. The aim is to promote transparency and ensure your understanding of the cost breakdown. In July and August, due to the heat, the duration of the tour is 2 hours. Please note that this tour is not wheelchair accessible. -Meeting time is subject to change; if this occurs, you will receive a call or message from the activity provider. please provide your correct phone number and country code. -ID mandatory. Guests who show up without ID cannot be guaranteed entrance. -The full names of all the participants in the booking is needed, incomplete information on the booking cannot be guaranteed entrance.
