Excellent Italian Food Experience - We had the best time yesterday & learned loads, first at the food tasting thanks to Nina’s knowledge about Italian foods & wine pairings. Then we moved a short distance away to Il Segreto restaurant where Julia was waiting for us ( group of 15/16 in total) We started at the Tirimisu station where we all made our own dessert & allowed it to set. We then moved to our own pasta stations & got step by step instructions on making fettuccine & ravioli with excellent instructions from Julia & lots of support from the chefs in the kitchen. The pasta every group produced was labelled & cooked for us . We returned to our restaurant table where we tasted wines & had a great talk by one of the sommelier’s ( sorry don’t know his name) then we tucked into our own produced dishes, followed by our tirimusu. And topped off with lemoncello. Lots of water & soft drinks available for anyone who didn’t want Prosecco or wine. This was a wonderful way to spend a wet February afternoon in Rome,(4hours) very well organised, great fun mingling with& getting to know the group members and excellent value . All staff involved worked extremely hard & are to be commended

a gourmet food experience - This is a four-hour food experience - way more than a cooking class. We began with 90 minutes of Lis, a smiling expert on the ins and outs of gourmet Italian foods. Our group was guided through tasting aged balsamic vinegar, cheeses, pestos, truffles, and other specialties, learning how to tell quality from the pedestrian. With unlimited prosecco. We then walked 7 minutes to the restaurant where we were guided through making pasta - ravioli and fettucini - and tiramisu. The chefs had already made the filling for the ravioli and the sauce for the fettucini. With more prosecco, followed by wine. The teachers - chefs - at the restaurant were knowledgable, friendly, and helpful. And the food was delicious. I would do this again in a minute. We probably ate and drank twice what we paid. A fantastic value. THANK YOU.

Wonderful - Amazing. Looked after the whole and excellent value for money. Tried 30 year old balsamic and learnt a few things, had canapes and prosecco, then walked tot the restaurant where ther was more prosecco and red and white wine. Made pasta and tiramisu which ended up being delicious. Whole experience last around 4 hours. Leez especially was super nice and friendly.

Wow - I am writing this at the end of the experience. When I say I am so bloody drunk I am so drunk. Had to cancel my next reservation as I cannot walk. When it says free flowing wine… don’t be fooled as it comes as quick as it would out of a tap. Had to cancel my next reservation, this place was so good. Definitely recommend. I am pissed defo worth the money!!!
