Great food, amazing vibes and lots of wine! - Last summer I wanted to go to a cooking class and after talking to a friend of mine we decided to take a devour pizza making class. We couldn't decide better! We were in a beautiful lab in the neighborhood of Trastevere, one of the most vibrant and funny places in Rome. We started first with a nice aperitivo were Giulia and Federica, our chefs for the days explained us lots of interesting facts about pizza and Italian culture. After that we moved on to the counter to start preparing our own pizza. Of course Roman style. The time has passed so fast and so funny has been the entire class as our Chefs made always entertaining and funny the class, telling stories, joking with us and having always a nice, friendly and likeable attitude. Eventually we finish with a nice gelato, melon and mint, delicious! I was so happy to have done this class and although I could do it by myself too, it was a really fun and well spent time with my friend in ROme! Thank you guys and hope to see you soon again, somehow!

Great fun and yummy pizza! - This was a fun, informative, interactive experience that I recommend. This was more than just pizza making... this was learning about the social culture of Italy too. It was nice to chat with fellow travelers as we sat down to eat our pizza. I can't wait to make pizza at home (the recipe/instructions supplied will help!)

I now feel I can make authentic Roman pizza...! - We were met on time and quickly found ourselves making our dough. The instruction was truly informative, learning pizza dough making first hand beats book recipes - hands down. The skills for making the pizza itself were well conveyed and at all times everybody was smiling and the class was great fun. We have come away with new-found skills that we could never have so easily accumulated from recipe books. Pizzas at home will have a definite Roman style now - I can't recommend this highly enough. Next visit to Rome - past making...!

Fun way to learn about Italian pizza culture - Fabulous friendly activity. We learnt about the different types of pizza and were given some tips on how to choose a place to eat at. The pizza making was step by step and hands on. Receiving the recipe after is an extra bonus. Enjoyed chatting with other travellers too.

Give yourself a treat! - From start to finish this was a thoroughly enjoyable experience. We met our guide without difficulty and walked a very short distance to the kitchen. It was clean, spacious and attractive. We were swiftly offered a glass of prosecco and everyone relaxed. The group was friendly and the chefs were knowledgeable and witty. All the preparation had been done for us but we learned useful tips along the way. We produced delicious pizzas which we enjoyed with a glass of wine. This was a highlight of my trip and I highly recommend it.

Pizza making in the heart of Rome - I had never made a pizza but with this tour I have brilliantly managed! It was a very very amazing experience since the start with a great prosecco and the preparation until the final topping. The 2 chefs, Asia and Stefano were perfect for our tour leading us to the secrets of pizza. I will do it again asap and thanks again!
