Great Experience - Not sure how much these normally cost as they were all over the city. I felt like I got a good and fair price. Leaving a bag was extremely quick and easy, as was picking it up later. This is just across from the station.

Good place to store luggage. - It was open earlier than expected. They held our bags to be picked up later. No problems. They were friendly and helpful.

Easy to find. Just know... - Easy to find. Just know that when it asks for number of adults it is really asking for number of bags. Be prepared to pay extra for a small backpack, laptop case, etc. or consolidate it into your larger luggage.

I can't tell you if their... - I can't tell you if their reliable because I booked this the night before but there was no warning or indication that they would not be open when I got there. My friend and I arrived at 0700, and the shutters were down. So we had to use the self check in luggage storage next door. I recommend just go there. When we returned 8 hours later, this shop was open, and I saw a sign that said they open at 0900. People were using the service. So it just depends what you feel more comfortable with. I lost 20$ because I took a risked and booked this. Thats how it goes sometimes.

Cheaters. - Bad experience. Cheaters. They charged me for a shopper with cookies as a whole bag, even though I asked at the time of deposit if it was considered single baggage with the backpack I left in storage. Total 14 € for 4 and a half hours for a backpack and a shopper. Never again.

The company from hell - This company is the worst I have dealt with in my 55 years of travel! I attempted to ship a suitcase from Florida to Maryland. IT WOUND UP IN INDIANAPOLIS. I called this company dozens of times and got put on hold forever until I gave up. I e-mailed them 23 times with the same useless responses. I asked them to apply the double your money back if you do not get your package on time and was good there was a "process" and I had to wait until the luggage was found blah blah blah blah. They did not lift a finder EVER to either pay my guaranty or address the insurance I had on my goods. THEY DID NOTHING. When Found the person in charge and called I was told she was busy but would call me back. I do not know how to get the insurance claim paid. Use this company if you are a glutton for punishment.
