• Fabullus and the staff are not responsible for any reactions caused by allergies or intolerances to food and drinks if not communicated before the service.
• The River Cruise Hop on Hop Off ticket is valid 24 hours from the first embarkation (Hop on, Hop Off). Cruises run every day between 10 a.m. and 6 p.m.
• If, as a result, your food wine tasting experience is canceled after the cancellation policy terms (24 Hours before the booked date), you will not be entitled to a refund.
• You will not be entitled to a refund if you are a no-show or have a delay of more than 20 minutes compared to the booked time.
• In case of a no-show or a delay of more than 20 minutes, based on availability, it will be possible to rebook by paying a discounted price of 50%.

• In the event of adverse weather or other events that prevent navigation on the Tiber River, a partial refund of the cruise ticket only, in the amount of 16 euros, will be considered.
