Great tour, without Guide - Great opportunity to see Florence and Pisa if staying in Rome. There is no guide as it is basically a van ride to the 2 cities. Our driver did not speak English which was a small problem in Florence. He let us out in a small neighborhood to go explore. However, we did not know what was ahead so stopped at first restaurant for an hour. Met some people who spoke English and they directed us down the street and around the corner where all the activity was. Looked on Google maps to find Statue of David. Ran out of time because we wasted an hour at the restaurant. At Pisa, very easy to know where to go and enough time to explore and enjoy. Driver was wonderful just needed better directions in Florence.

Long day with stunning culture - I took this trip towards the end of a week in Rome and didn’t realise how long a day it would be. There were hassles organising the tour as they didn’t have the numbers. We ended up a very small tour (three) with a wonderful guide, who managed to fit so many iconic places into our short time in Florence. Really you need several days to see this incredible city. We stopped for a view over Florence that was just breathtaking. Pisa was beautiful but was more just a photo stop (I didn’t climb the tower). Definitely do the day if you don’t have the time - or spend at least overnight to be able to experience this stunning area properly.

Not happy customer - 1st they didn’t contact me prior to the day of the tour to let us know the tour was canceled on the 8th of November and then offered to take us on the 9th of November. I sent two requests for information on our pick up location days before the tour but no response. Then they responded to my request for a refund by saying, yes.sure. Please send me a email to let me know that you did refund our money.

***BOOK ELSEWHERE! Nightmare company. *** - ***AVOID THIS TOUR PROVIDER*** ZERO COMMUNICATION. ZERO CONCERN OR CARE ABOUT THEIR CLIENTS OR THEIR CONVENIENCE. The driver was very nice but the tour organizer that takes the big bucks and shorts the driver who does all the work was NON EXISTANT. I had a few issues and could write a full page about how bad they were. Book with anyone else. These people DO NOT CARE.
