Vatican tour for family - We cannot recommend Mariaclaudia highly enough - just today, my daughter said ‘I wish I could just do school with her - she made learning about the Vatican so much fun’

Best Tour for Kids! - We had a scavenger hunt with Simona. She was amazing! It was hands-down the best tour of our entire 3 week European vacation. We saw a lot, we learned a lot, and we had a lot of fun while doing it! Our kids (ages 12, 11, and 7) were so happy for this tour. The only downside is that we only booked this tour with Mariaclaudia. We wish we had booked more tours with her!

Don’t hesitate to book for your family - This is the most incredible experience. Mariaclaudia draw our kids in the whole time. My husband said he even learned more this way about the Sistine chapel and Vatican. Please don’t hesitate to spend your money. Trust me after gladiator training in the am followed by this tour in the evening, it was impressive the way my kids still paid attention.

Family fun in Florence - Our family had the best time with Martina in Florence! WOW was she ever-engaging with our kids (12 and 6) and turned the scavenger hunt of history into a great few hours! She was patient, informative and it’s well-worth the time and money spending a few hours with experts to really learn about the rich history. Highly recommend!

We loved Mariaclaudia Tours! - We had such a wonderful experience with Mariaclaudia Tours. Mariaclaudia was helpful, friendly, and responsive during all of the e-mail communications, when we were making our travel and tour arrangements. My family (me, spouse, 10 yo, 8 yo) loved our morning Percy Jackson tour at the Capitolene Museums --- what a fun, engaging way to introduce Rome, its history, and such beautiful art to kids (and the whole family)! Our guide did a great job at navigating through other tour groups, while focusing on really interesting exhibits and displays. Then, in the afternoon, we rejoined our guide for a city center scavenger hunt, this time joined by another family with two kids of the same age. Our guide expertly handled the larger group and smoothly navigated us through really tricky, crowded areas, showing us the highlights AND also pointing out small, fun, memorable details of each destination. Then, a couple days later, our full group of 8 people rejoined our guide for a Roman Forum and Colosseum tour, which (again) was wonderful. It was hot and crowded, but our tour guide tactfully managed everything, knowing exactly what to show us (and where we could rest), while keeping the kids incredibly engaged with stories about life in ancient Rome. Highly recommended!!!

Engaging scavenger hunt full of history but fun for kids - We absolutely loved the treasure hunt with Veronica! She turned my tired shy son's grumpy mood into an engaged, fun energy quickly with her animated personality, patience of only a mom, and great games. We were thankful to find new paths and locations that weren't crowded, in the shade and had nice breezes. We all learned a lot of history of Rome much of which we hadn't learned on previous tours with a different company.

Great activity for kids in Rome - Big thanks for the treasure hunt. Veronica was fantastic, and our kids loved her - they are still telling the story of Romulus and Remo at home.

Amazing family tour in Rome - Mariaclaudia was very responsive to my emails and explained everything in detail. Though she was not available during Christmas, she organised another guide, Simona, who was amazing in her ability to mobilise the attention of my 3 daughters (11, 16, 18). The tour in my case was for Colosseum and aimed for families with kids. Besides being able to get tickets, which otherwise is very difficult, the tour was very interactive and interesting. If I would have taken the kids by myself, it would have been another "boring historical" experience for them. This way, it made it memorable for kids and adults alike. I never take such guides in Europe, but this time was a great thing to do. Thank you Simona for the tour and thank you Mariaclaudia for arranging it and also recommending other things in Rome.
