Outskirts of rome - This was the highlight of my Rome trip. We saw way more then we would have on foot. Being outside of the city was beautiful, we seen goats and farms and lots of ruins. Dimitri was lovely and gave us a really good overview of the history of Rome. This trip was better then expected and a great morning. You won't regret it.

Best Way To See ROMA - Dimitri, the tour guide, is one of the most kind people I met during my long years of traveling. Very knowledgeable, experienced, and supportive. From the moment I met him until the very end, he had a smile 😃 on his face. I really enjoyed the cycling tour of around 26KMS inside and on the outskirts of the Eternal City, Rome❤️. I strongly recommend to everyone to experience this tour as it is the best way to see the city, which is literally an open museum. LIFE IS A BEAUTIFUL RIDE 🚲

Unforgettable bike tour with the amazing Dimitri - This bike tour was so much more than it appears. Dimitri is a font of knowledge. His stories and knowledge of Ancient Rome are second to none. This is what turned a great bike ride into a fabulous tour. We got to experience so many places that we would not have seen had we not ventured out. For me, cycling around the colosseum was the highlight! For my husband, cycling along the Appian Way in the footsteps of countless legions was his personal highlight. Dimitri is personable, approachable and encouraged questions. We covered a wide variety of topics! We would highly recommend this tour.

The best experience you could ever do in Rome. - This bike experience surpassed my daughters and my own expectations! Dimitri was friendly and so knowledgeable about the sites we saw and the history of Rome. We loved riding past the city and into the countryside which was beautiful. Even though it was winter, the ride was exhilarating, easy to complete, warm and so scenic. Our favourite day of our European trip. We would do it again. Thanks Dimitri!

Necessary experience - This is a really amazing bike tour of Rome. I highly recommend the tour. My guide Dmitri, over the course of 4 hours, gave me a thorough history of Rome, based on sights of significance to all eras of the city. The ride was easy yet lengthy and beautiful. It’s mind blowing just how quickly you go from the Colosseum to the county side along the Ancient Via Appia. There’s beautiful and informative sites along the whole trip. An unexpected benefit was Dimitri’s photos and quickly edited video complete with trip specific soundtrack. Oh, and Dmitri also took me to a great spot for lunch at the end of the tour. I can’t recommend this enough

Discovering Roma away from the crowds - The bike tour with Dimitri was amazing. You can always tell when someone is fond of their job and Dimitri loves his. He gave us the most amazing views of Via Appia, the most interesting tips about the city and the most interesting facts of Roman history. Weather was very spring-y, so light showers and sun that couldn't spoil a fantastic adventure.

This is the coolest thing we did in Rome - This is the coolest thing we did in Rome. The bike tour was a refreshing change of pace from the city, and allowed us to see many sights that are not easily accessible by foot. Dimitri was an A+ guide and an overall great guy. We learned a lot about the Romans and Roman life, in addition to getting fresh air, a nice workout and some great photos. The Appian Way was a big highlight. All roads eventually led to Rome, but this road was the very first. Via Appia Antica is not only historical but also exceedingly beautiful. We passed through several monumental Roman residences and catacombs, against the backdrop of open fields and rolling hills in the distance. It is no wonder many of the Roman elites chose to live outside the city. We even ran into a herd of goats! We had such a great time we ended up spending longer at each stop than planned. Dimitri was super cool, and helped us take lots of pictures and videos. The biking itself was not difficult, even with the occasional dirt path. You will not be tired, but will definitely cover enough distance to feel accomplished. Highly recommend!
