Skip the line - Purchasing the skip the line ticket was well worth it especially if you do not have the patience to queue up a very long line. The meet up place was easy to find and they guided us to the skip the line entrance gate. The museum itself was magnificent. The only thing I did not like was when we reached the Sistine Chapel, the chapel/museum staffs were just basically rushing us to exit the place, we did not even had the time to pray inside. The chapel was small and packed with tourists, this was probably the reason why they were basically shooing us to the exit. Nevertheless, the ticket providers were great.

The best Choice! - Excellent choice. No long wait of hard to understand Tour guide. Quick and able to choose what to take pictures at. No warted time. Commonwealth sense applicable.

Exactly as Expected - The experience was just as expected! We picked up our tickets in the Piazza described. We chose to walk to the entrance ourselves rather than waiting for the other people who booked the self-guided tour but the guide told us exactly what to do then we were free to wonder the many rooms of the Vatican museum

Guided tour to recommend. - During our stay in Rome we took a guided tour of the Vatican Museums and Saint Peter's Basilica. Note that it was a great moment thanks to our guide Fabio L who overwhelmed us with his knowledge, his professionalism, his enthusiasm and his great availability. Thanks again to him.

A must see site when in rome - What a fantastic day . The Vatican was spectacular and very interesting. The skip the line option was great . The normal lines can be massive.

Excelent Tour - Favio Is an excelente spanish Guide. I love this one day tour. 100% recomended it. It took 3 hours to make both Capilla Sistina and San Petters Church.

AVOID! Don’t spend your money here!!!! - AVOID! You’re better off skipping the line with the people advertising there! Either look into another booking but DO NOT spend your money here as it will be a waste. There were several of us stranded at the meeting spot and we were later blamed for not being on time even though we arrived around 3:47pm for the 4:00pm slot. Was not able to get a refund or was texted before to confirm my arrival like other companies.

Would not recommend!! Unclear directions and poor customer service. - I would NOT recommend booking with this company. We bought tickets and set a time, but they were unclear about the meeting point as well as the times. Ended up arriving at the time stated on the ticket but apparently had to meet before that. The location was also at some random plaza in front of a restaurant where the worker didn’t know much. There was another group that was also confused. Pretty poor service that they would not wait even a few minutes when there is a bunch of people still not there, and for that price!
Called customer service and they told me that my ticket was now expired and they couldn’t do anything, not even a refund, and that I should’ve read the instructions.
Definitely go with another place! For the price we paid this kind of service was not worth it and there are many other companies that would care more about their customers.
