Rome 2024 - This tour is fabulous, our guide Elizabeth was very knowledgeable and so very nice. We had an issue with our daughter coming from Florence, her train was late getting to Rome. The people there helped us out and got us on a later tour, they were so nice. Must do tour

Visual Feast! - Sistine Chapel and St Peter’s Basilica need to be seen to be believed. Our excellent guide was entertaining and knowledgeable.

Great tour, great information and great organisation. - Shak was a fantastic tour guide and made the experience really enjoyable whilst adding some humour. We learned so much about the Vatican and the history within. Thank you.

Great Experience - The tour was amazing and our guide was not only super knowledgeable, but hilarious too! I only wish we had more time to spend in the museum because there is so much to see and not enough time! I could have spent days in there and not seen everything! Will definitely be coming back!

Great but should include guided tour inside the Basilica. - Enjoyed the small group your. Would help if audio headsets were used throughout the tour. Also was disappointed that the guide did not go into the Basilica with us. This was advertised as part of the tour. Still great tour.

Disappointing - Walking through crowded galleries without time to focus on anything in particular. Guide seemed knowledgeable and personable but there was little opportunity to learn much. Walked through the Etruscan rooms without stopping, for example.

Book another tour - Spent a lot of money to hear the guides opinions and to focus on very few items. Once in a lifetime trip and we were not allowed to look around…only listen to him go on and on about a very few pieces. We wanted to explore and look at things of relevance to our interests not just his. He did not read the participants expressions or demeanor. Everyone thought he talked way too much and many kept walking off to look because we don’t get to see this everyday like he does. I appreciate his passion but this was not a time to try and push your beliefs.

Unhappy customers - Unfortunately our plane was cancelled and we missed our reservation. We contacted them and they said they were unable to refund or rebook.

Guide had his own agenda. - Meeting spot was a 20 minute walk from the Vatican - seems like we could have met there. Guide spent over an hour talking before we even entered the museum and clearly the whole group was bored. Then we raced through the museums, went to the Chapel and then ended in ST. Peter’s — 45 over tour time. Everyone was exhausted and we hadn’t even spent anytime inside the Church! We finally just walked away as he was still talking. He got into several arguments with other guides— like shouting at each other stuff, which was very unprofessional. This was not a cheap tour and I certainly expected better. I can’t recommend this tour.

Not recommend this tour, there were still other tours better. - Meeting time was @111:20, tour guide came at 11:35, she took us to entrance of Vatican by noon n we were inside - so far so good. After getting hearing device and clearing security n all, we may have actually started by 12:30. She walk so fast and talk so fast , she would not even stop at any place where we can see surrounding or even ask her an any question. She finish tour by 1:55pm outside main church and gave us an instruction to spend as much time inside as we want. She did not even came inside to explain as it was a part of tour. We felt very cheated after spending so much money. Her name was Lucia or some thing like that. This tour was so not worth it according to what they have charge. Only thing was skip the line was helpfull as there was a huge line for regular entry. Tour guide did not help otherwise. I would not recommend this tour to anyone.
