Nice tour - It was nice to learn about the history of this fountain. Our tour guide was very informative and knowledgeable.

Great upper fountain review but so so underground - Mario was fantastic. We had to wait an extra 15 minutes for a late comer who never showed up. I think tour guides should only wait 5 min then not make the rest wait. I think the tour was a little rushed because we did not spend much time underground and did not see all the sections. The upper part of the fountain was very good

Trevi Fountain Tour - Although the Trevi Fountain tour was short(45 mins) it was packed with information and artefacts from years gone by. Francesca our tour guide was very good with a wealth of knowledge, she was very friendly and kept us interested. Thinking we would actually be under the Trevi Fountain, we were surprised that we were not and were a few hundred yards from it. Well worth the visit.

Very interesting tour. - Met the guide as instructed without issue despite huge crowd in the plaza. She was very friendly and obviously enjoyed talking about the history of Rome and the fountain. We went underground to see the newly found archeological site and aqueduct. Very interesting and learned a lot. Enjoyed the tour. I think it is a little overpriced considering the size of the place etc.. You could do it on your own and rent an audio guide headset but we enjoy a real guide who provides a wealth of information.

Quick and knowledgeable - Our guide was very knowledgeable and provided us so much insight when looking at the fountain. We went to the fountain days prior and it was much more meaningful after spending time with our tour guide. The underground aqueduct was interesting and something different. Express tour was great after days of exploring Rome.

Tour & Guide were amazing! - Tour and guide were amazing - very imformative. There was time afterwards where our guide walked us over to a small, tucked away church which was an added bonus.

Overpriced - Despite the knowledge and kindness of Jose, our guide, from who we learned a lot about the fountain and history in general, this activity feels really overpriced compare to other similar activities in the area.

Viator and this tour operator do not care about tourists only money - What tour? They left without us, and the tour operator or Viator declined to assist us. We wasted $160 on nothing! Terrible customer service. Very untrustworthy company both Viator and the tour operator. We were scheduled to arrive at the meeting point 20 minutes early to enjoy the sights before starting our tour. We were stuck in the underground metro for 25 minutes. We asked the tour operator to wait or reschedule and were told they would only wait 5 minutes then go on without us. We arrived 3 minutes after the starting point and they had already left without us. They did not wait the measly 5 minutes we were given to run through crowded streets (with teenagers and my senior mother in tow). And then did not offer to reschedule or help at all. We were just told to contact Viator and the conversation ended. Viator did nothing to assist us, left me wondering how they were going to assist, if at all, for 5 hours. Nothing. Then when I followed up, I was told there was no possibility of assistance and that the tour was a no-show. Thanks Viator! You lost 5 customers so far. Going with other tour providers from now on.

Washed up - Tour Not as described. Guide was very difficult to understand. I hate leaving such a bad review but we had such a short time in Rome this time could have been better spent.

Super poor Communication!! - The tour operator sent a message (on what’s app)two days before the tour asking if moving the tour up 30 mins would work for us. We were traveling and did not check our messages that day. There was no follow up email checking with us or no phone call to check with us. No, it wouldn’t work for us because we had other plans. As we were about to arrive at our meeting .20 minutes early we received a call, wondering where we were??? Wow!! Thank goodness Viator was able to get us a full refund!
