The best! - Giulia has been a great! and funny guide, full of knowledge and passion about food. I had great food and great wine, a unique experience that I really enjoyed and I recommend.

Excellent foodie adventure - There is a reason why this is my fifth Streaty tour (with #6 coming up next week in Napoli). It’s that they are simply fabulous. The food is always amazing, the vendors friendly and welcoming. But I have found that it is the guides that make the experience an amazing one. The lovely Giulia did not disappoint! Her passion about food and her city made this tour a memorable one! I took many pictures but don’t want give you spoilers because part of the fun is feeling like a kid on Christmas eve, wondering what delicious treat will next come your way. Do this tour and eat like a Roman - you will not regret it!

Authentic Roman Experience - Yes, the Streaty tour with Giulia was excellent! She was so knowledgeable and the tour through the Mercato de Testacchio was quite memorable. A truly local tour guided by a truly local tour guide…we ran into her mom at the market and her mom’s friends while walking to the final cafe of the tour! Giulia was also very knowledgeable about Italian history which accompanied the food tour. Would highly recommend this tour to anyone looking for a local guide to Roman street food. This tour was particularly nice because it took the clients outside of the touristy areas of Rome and showcased an authentic day for a Roman.

The real Roman experience - Incredible tour with a lovely, knowledgeable guide (grazie Giulia!) Loved exploring different neighbourhoods and getting a mix of food, history and culture - it felt authentic, not like being a tourist at all. Highlights included the maritozzo (away from the tourist trail), the wine and cheese pairing at Testaccio market, and a delicious Roman meal at a historic restaurant nearby. Highly recommended! (No photos because I was too focused on the food...)

Authentic local food tour - A fantastic experience with very knowledgeable local guide, Giulia. We ate our way through the Roman neighbourhood of Testaccio, sampling traditional Roman foods.
