Great before a city tour - We were there today with our son (teenger). We really liked it. Both the 4. Station in advance, as well as the short movie. Very vivid, as well as well founded. It is best to book before the start of a Rome tour, as then with the background knowledge a different view of Rome is taken. Recommended for travelers interested in the history of Rome.

Do this first day! Gives an excellent high level overview of Rome. - I loved this for our 1st day in Rome. I booked it because I thought we would be to jet lagged to do much. This exceeded my expectations. It shows how everything looks currently then morfs into to how ancient Rome looked. Great high level history lesson also.

Worth it - Interesting to do at the beginning of your Rome trip; With the help of headphones and 3D images you will get an explanation of the origin and history of Rome and its main buildings. Is not expensive and staff is super friendly. Moreover, it is pleasantly cool, a welcome change from a broodingly warm downtown.

Pleasant experience - We enjoyed this activity which I would describe as interesting and fun. On the other hand, I think it is a pity that we cannot sit at every stage.

Overrated - While this was a cool concept the execution was mediocre. It involves 4 small rooms where you stand and watch a demonstration of a diorama with an audio guide in your own preferred language + a ~30 minute video in an auditorium, the only place you can sit. The auditorium had several broken seats and trash littered all over the place. The bathrooms were also dirty and poorly maintained.

Not up to the expectation - My teens did not enjoy the excessive details. It was not engaging at all. Two of them felt they are falling a sleep
