In this class, you’ll learn to craft three types of spritzes, the quintessential Italian drink, and fresh, handmade pasta with a traditional sauce—all under the guidance of a local expert chef.
We’ll kick things off with an Aperol spritz as you get acquainted with your fellow participants and meet your chef. Then, we’ll dive into pasta-making.
Using fresh, locally sourced ingredients, you’ll roll, cut, and cook your own pasta while mastering the art of making the perfect carbonara or cacio e pepe. And as you cook, you’ll enjoy a Campari spritz—because why not?
Once everything’s prepared, savor your meal with your new friends, your chef, and a delightful Limoncello spritz to top off a perfect afternoon.

Great fun, and tasty, eve spent cheffing with Jem - We had a brilliant evening making pasta carbonara and drinking aperol spritz with Jem our chef in Rome. The venue is atmospheric and out group was small enough to get to know everyone but large enough to have some good banter with the different people and nationalities that joined our class. Jem was great at teaching us what to do at each step of the way - he's a natural - and it was great to sit and eat it afterwards with a spritz or two! Bellissimo! Highly recommended it was definitely the highlight of our visit to Rome.

Great Class, Great Hosts! - Great Hosts, well explained cooking class, would definitely recommend if you’re looking to learn how to cook pasta dishes from scratch this is definitely the experience for that!

Perfect cooking class! - This class was amazing! The size of the group was perfect! We were taught how to make the perfect pasta and the instructor was very hands on and helpful! The spritz’s were a nice touch and made everyone loosen up. After all was said and done, the food was unreal! Would definitely recommend for a good time and good food!

A wonderful New Year’s Eve - What an amazing experience. We spent New Year’s Eve being shown by Angella how to make fresh pasta. The whole evening was fantastic - perfectly paced and lots of fun. Sherry made sure our spritz was kept topped up throughout! The end result was wonderful, two very tasty pasta sauces. Delicious! I would definitely recommend this class. It was a perfect way to spend the evening before the New Year fireworks.

Great food. Great teachers. Great new friends. Don’t miss it! - You absolutely have to book this when in Rome. You will meet so many people and have a great time! The cooking was very easy and informative. Probably one of my favorite things I’ve done while here! Sherry was an excellent chef and so sweet and patient and Sherri was so kind and helpful. Both are very welcoming! Don’t miss this class!
