Highly recommend 10/10 - We took the Twilight Trastevere food tour with Eating Europe. It was excellent. Many food stops - all with wine or beer. We saw a variety of spots - Trattorias, fine dining, hole in the wall local Spaces. Our tour guide Rish grew up in the neighborhood and provided plenty of history about the neighborhood, Roman history and how it all ties into the food culture. 10/10

Trastevere food and wine tour with Lucca Murphy - We had such fun in this tour. We have done other food and wine walkabouts but this was the best by far Lucca Murphy, our guide, entertained us from the time we met at the starting point until we said good bye with jokes and information and the food and wine were great too

Fantastic! - The food choices were all interesting and delicious but what made our tour was Rish. He is a remarkable guide. It’s not just that — is there a word better than fluent? It’s his neighborhood. He grew up there so at every stop we felt like we were being introduced as his friends to his friends. It was a unique and extremely special experience. And Rish has a vast historical knowledge, not just of Rome and the food but of world history which added a dimension to the food tour that we didn’t expect. In any event, thanks to Rish for an incredible evening of food, wine and companionship. Grazie Mille!

A Must Do Food Tour In Rome! ❤️❤️❤️ - Undertook this tour on Monday 28th December with Rish. From the get go we knew we were in very good hands. His personal story of growing up in the Trastevere area, combined with his excellent food/wine knowledge, made him the perfect guide. The food/wine stops were excellent, with a number of great highlights, but I think the fried Jewish artichokes from Da Enzo were the pinnacle. Do book it early in your stay in Rome, so you can utilise your knowledge for return visits to the various restaurants/food stops!

The best food tour in Rome! - Our guide, Luca, was amazing! We enjoyed an amazing night with the best food, wine, and beer! Luca was so knowledgeable about the history of the area and places we went to and my husband, the history nerd, thoroughly enjoyed learning everything. Our group was small and the perfect size to get to know everyone as we ate and drank our way across trastevere. We stopped at some true hidden gems, full of amazing food and the best wine we have had so far. We highly recommend this tour!!!
